    It has been 29 business days since the customer support last contact (October 3 reached out to customer support). I purchased a ********** Pro eBike but wanted to resubmit the purchase with a payment plan. **************** support email said it would be 10 to 15 business days for the refund to go through. (Order #*******). It has not been refunded.Also, I purchased the same eBike the next day (October 4) using a payment plan. I am making payments. (Order #*******) using **********. I have not received the bike and still have to make payments.I now have paid for 2 ebikes and have not received any bike. I reached out to customer support email on 12/1/2024 but the email address is no longer active.I would like to receive my refund and the delivery of the second bike order.Each bike was billed at $ ********

    Ordered bike, received minor components for bike kit not including actual bike. Waited months for bike, reaching out for information the frequently. Got sick of waiting after they pushed the dellivery of the bike back, and asked to cancel for a refund. was asked by business to provide pictures of items i'd received so they could "process the return", and when i provided the picture of the box they delivered with the items unopened in their boxes, they promised a full refund. they never asked me to ship anything back, which i'd happily do since these four items are useless without the bike. after waiting the time they specified, and not receiving the refund, i reached out again. they said they'd escalate to management. i waited a bit longer and asked for an update. did not receive a response and have not received any response to date. I opened a dispute with my *********** and Juiced has somehow provided evidence of a delivery. So how at the end of this am i supposed to pay for the bike i never received? again this business never shipped the bike.

    I ordered a bike from the company and never received it. A month pasted and I emailed and called and was unable to reach the company or get any feedback or idea of when the bike would ship or what the status was.

    They sell bikes but apparently their parts are ********************* compatible is available anywhere from ANY OTHER VENDOR. They will not respond to any requests for info on repair parts. I bought my brother his bike last year. In June he had an accident and we need parts to repair it. It has been in the repair shop for 4 months waiting. They told them the part was "out of stock" and Juiced would let us know when it was back in. The shop continues calling but can not get an update from the company. I started calling about 2 months ago but their phone always says "We are unable to take your call....call back later". I sent an email and immediately received a response saying "This is ********, how can I help you?" I explained what I wanted but have received no other responses to my dozens of emails. They have no voice mail where a Message Can be left, and their Live Chat, which the website claims is active M-F from 8 am - 5 pm gives the message "We will be back tomorrow". I AM NOT ASKING FOR WORK UNDER WARRANTY. I just want to purchase parts to repair the bike I bought last year but they will not respond one way or another. I do have insurance on the bike but the insurance company will not pay me without some communication from Juiced Bikes.

    On 9/14/24, I paid $2,956.23 to Juiced, *** (dba Juiced Bikes). Juiced is an on-line internet retail seller of electrics ****************************** etc, which is located in the *********, ********** area.For the money I paid, the seller shipped to me 1 electric Bike, called Current Jet Pro plus an upgrade color computer display, plus a 3 year extended warranty, (dba Extend, ***) for $2,536.92 plus $107.19 plus $312.12, respectively, comprising the total noted above. I received the bike on 9/24/24 and the display the following day.The dispute: Upon unboxing & assembling the bike, on 9/27, I found the following 3 defects:1.Both displays ***************** showed an error code (30), which indicates a connection failure.2.The turn signals do not work even though all manual instructions were followed.3.The tail light does not work as it should when the headlight is turned on.The business has made no attempt, whatsoever, to resolve the problem. Today is 10/08/24. The business does not answer the phone; does not answer emails; and does not establish contact via their chat box after the Sale is made & they have the customers money. (There is a so-called 1 year warranty.) Buy and they disappear.Recently, Juiced laid-off most of its employees. Juiced appears to be discontinuing operations due to litigation over massive debt, according to the Reddit Blog discussions from former employees and concerned customers. So, obviously, outfit quit solving problems with customers. They advertise on the Net at ***********************************.Apparently, Juiced recently stopped production. The few employees left are selling-off (depleting) warehouse inventory as is at advertised discounts leaving customers with defective merchandise, such as in my situation. No quality control. Many accessories/parts no longer in stock.Extend, *** will not offer a warranty resolution because the defects existed with the seller before shipping the goods, per Extends terms.

    One (1) of my electric Juiced Bikes lost power while riding recently, of which is a major safety concern. When I contacted Juiced Bikes customer support they were initially helpful. They asked me to send pictures and informed me they would provide a quote to help me diagnose and resolve the electrical / safety issue.After waiting patiently for over as month, I politely inquired several times about their quote. However, all my inquires were ignored. I then contacted Juiced Bikes CEO (Mr. ******* and also inquired as to why his customer support was ignoring me. As such, Mr. ****** also ignored my e-mail inquiry expressing my safety concerns. Over a month has now pasted and I am left with a Juiced bike that I cannot ride due to a high level safety concern, their customer support as well as Mr. ****** have refused to respond to my inquiries and did not provide a quote, as they have initiated, so I can resolve this safety issue and resume riding again.This rises to the level of a total lack of customer support, especially as it affects a potentially high risk of bodily injury if this issue is not resolved. At the very least I would have expected Juiced Bikes to make a high risk safety issue their highest priority.Copies of all e-mail communications will be released and make available upon request.

    Purchased a bike in February 2024. A few days ago (October 2024) my bike suddenly started losing battery power rapidly then shutting off completely. It gives an error code. We have been trying to get a hold of the company to remedy this issue. There has been zero communication. They have shut off social media, emails go unanswered, the phone number available on their site is disconnected and their chat function never connects. The bike was 1000 dollars and we have purchased a warranty but there is no way to contact them.

    I am writing to file a complaint regarding the RipCurrent/X bike I purchased from Juiced Bikes. First, I was improperly charged local taxes even though I live outside the ********* area. Then, I had to pay a bike shop to adjust the fender, as it was not functional upon delivery. After less than 50 miles of riding solely on roads, two spokes broke, requiring another visit to the bike shop. In addition, the bike has now thrown an "Error 8" twiceonce it cleared, but the second time, it left me stranded far from home. Despite attempting every remedy suggested on their website, the error persists. I have spent 90 minutes trying to contact Juiced Bikes by phone, but their automated system keeps saying they cannot take calls. I also spent 90 minutes waiting in their support chat (which indicated a 15-minute wait) with no response. Additionally, an email I sent last night has gone unanswered. I paid $2,100 for this bike, and the company's complete lack of response is unacceptable.

    I bought a Juiced RipCurrent S Step-Through bike March 7, 2024 for $2,513.43. After I placed the order I was made aware that the color I ordered was not available so they offered me another color and gave me a $100 gift card. The bike arrived and I loved it. April 23, 2024 I purchased another charger to have as a spare and paid $97.37. On May 7, 2024 I ordered a spare battery and paid $803.23. On May 14, 2024 I ordered a RipCurrent S bike because the step through was not available, I paid $1,926.00. September 5, 2024 I notified Juiced bike that my battery was not working. The voltage kept fluctuating and at times the power would kick off. I sent them videos of this happening. Over the course of approximately a week we exchanged numerous emails and **** was very helpful but one day I noticed that the connector on the battery was bad so I sent a picture and they acknowledged that it was bad an asked for pictures of the bike side of the connector which I sent them. The reply the I got back was: That is good, it looks like the bike portion is intact. Unfortunately, due to the high mileage this bike is out of warranty. You will need to replace or repair that battery, we have them on our website and you can get your battery repaired through a company like ************** I have 2 bikes and a spare battery that have a 1 Year Warranty. My bikes and battery are between 3 and 6 months old and the Warranty is not good? Can you explain? I contacted hicbattery and they never got back to me but according to the website it would cost me close $600.00 to repair it. I am NOT satisfied. This company DOES NOT stand behind their products.

    I ordered a juiced ebike that was on a preorder status on their website over the memorial day weekend, and they immediately took payment by credit card for the price advertised. It was for the Hyperscorpion model that was currently sold out, but I was told that they were expecting more stock to be available to fulfill orders in July of 2024. I waited patiently, but sometime in July I started emailing to see when they would ship only to be told that they still had not recieved any new stock. I again waited, but by the end of August it was apparent to me that this must be a scam even though the support staff kept telling me otherwise, so I cancelled my order the last week of August and was told I qualified for a full refund. Now it has been another full month, and when I try to call to speak with someone I either receive a recorded message that they cannot take the call and to try later, or the system just drops the call. I have also emailed the support staff that I was previously in contact with...sadly, now I believe that either I have been scammed altogether or the company has gone out of business. I am only asking for the refund that I was promised by credit back to my card. I would appreciate any help, or advice, you can give me, or help you can give on advising me on next steps necessary to hold this company accountable. I am also worried that they are still taking orders on their website and possibly scamming other customers. Please Help!
