      I have bought 7 trucks in last 7 years, ordered kryptek seat covers and weathertech floor mats for all, the last mats i bought for my 2020 duramax have started rolling up on the edges, my wife tripped over it getting in the truck and ripped her shin open i spoke to rep and he asked for pics which i sent he said they would replace because under warranty. Have had ZERO response from anyone and cant even get a person on the phone, ive spent $1000s with yall if this isnt resolved this will be the last item i purchase - years of stellar customer service and this is where we are please fix this dont lose a good customer over FLOOR MATS. Thank you for your attention in this matter i hope this gets resolved. Thank you!

      On May 22, 2021 I ordered some brake pads and rotors from Auto Anything, their order number ********. I mistakenly ordered the wrong parts and had to return them for a credit back to my credit card. I followed their policy for making a return of the ************** They were shipped by Fed Ex under their tracking number ***************. That tracking number shows that the parts were delivered to the Auto Anything facility in *********, **. on June 14, 2021. No refund has ever been issued. On August 29, 2021 I sent an email to Auto Anything's customer service email address ********************************************* I have received no response from that email. I realize that there is a restocking fee involved, so I don't expect a refund of the full purchase price, but I do expect a refund of the amount I paid, minus the restocking fee. Any assistance that BBB can provide in helping me resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.

      I have gotten several bed fold back. This one will not cover holes in bed. They offered ***** credit, that is a joke. Need a proper cover they said it was for my truck.

      Thank you for your inquiry. I am sincerely sorry that we were unable to provide a discount to you at checkout. I was able to locate your order and it shows that the item purchased is not applicable for promotions or discounts. 

      With this, I was able to price match the part with a competitors for $95.28. A partial refund of $20.13 has been immediately processed. Please allow 2-5 business days for your financial institute to make those funds available.

      this was a truck bed cover fold back. It cost ****** not a ****** they need to get the correct item. It doesnt fit will not cover stake holes, at least that is what they use to call them.  Thanks ******************* ************

      On 7/15, during your call to the company, the sales representative advised that the part you order was designed to install that way. Unfortunately, with the installation of the part, the part is not available for refund. I am sincerely sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

      I ordered vent visors for a ******* Elantra on 7/8/21. The rear visors were quite clearly nor going to fit the rear windows of the car. They were not installed. I called AutoAnything.com on 7/15/21 regarding the issue. ************** responded that day asking for photos of the issue which I sent to her sent immediately. She acknowledged receipt of the photos and requested 2 to 3 days to look into it and respond. They did not respond. I emailed them asking for an update on 7/29. ********** responded on 7/31 asking for 2-3 days to look into the issue and respond. They did not respond. I emailed them again on 8/21 and again on today (8/28) and there has been no response. I do not have any sort of helpful response or resolution after *************************************************************************************************************************************** and received from them if needed to get some sort of resolution in this matter. Thank you for your time.

      Thank you for your inquiry. I am sincerely sorry that your order did not arrive in perfect condition. I was able to locate your order and it shows that a return label was emailed to you on 8/14 for a full refund.

       The response from Autoanything.com indicates that they sent me a return label. I have not received anything by mail or email from them. I would be willing to accept a partial refund of an acceptable amount without the return, as I have no return label to use.

      It looks like the label that was issued to the email on file on 8/14 is now expired. However, I was able to get a 15% discount approved for the inconvenience. 

      The partial refund has been immediately processed. Please allow 2-5 business days for your financial institution to make those funds available.
