      I would give zero stars if I could. Problems with every single supply order that I have to resolve over and over. I wish I had a choice in suppliers. THE WORST.

      My wife and I are both 64 and Solara Medical is by far the worse experience we've ever had with any kind of medical billing. Their charges were so beyond the company we switched to that it wouldn't be surprising if this company is fraudulent in how much they charge. Our part went from several hundred dollars to $50 for a 3 month supply when we went with a different company

      I have used this company about 5 times now, not once has it been a smooth experience. I order very simple diabetes medical supplies and some how they can't ever make contact with my insurance, they bill the wrong insurance department, etc. Every bill I get from them is incorrect and I have to speak with a billing specialist to correct it. My orders are also late often due to "insurance communication issues" however, I have never had any other supplier have issues with my insurance. It is nearly impossible to speak to someone who knows what is going on when you call customer service as well, they just say what ever they think you want to hear to get you off the phone.

      WORSE COMPANY EVER, DELAY SUPPLIES, SENT INCORRECT NUMBER, don't do business with this company!!!!!AS OTHER REVIEWS SAID. CERO STARTS WILL BE THE BETTER DESCRIPTION. SOMEONE READ REVIEWS AND DO SOMETHING THEY CAN KILL SO ONE AND ARE TAKING NO RESPONSABILITY!!!!!

      Solara medical supplies / adapthealth is the least helpful healthcare company I have ever had to get diabetic supplies from. The representative gives a different answer every time I call. Shipments are always delayed. The company never communicates delays, which has led to gaps in my therapy. The company does not follow up with insurance companies and does not let the patient know there is an issue until the patient calls to inquire about the status of the order. The company ships a 3 month supply but bills the patient with an estimated payment monthly. This causes more issues with the insurance company because the dates of service do not match the billing date. I would recommend avoiding working with the company at all costs.

      My rating is really zero stars and judging from all the terrible reviews on this and several other sites Im with a lot of company. My husbands new endo chose this company for his sensors. There are sssssoooo many missteps and just plain bad service its too much to recount. The final straw came when I asked why the sensors didnt ship they said our insurance changed. Its been the same for years. I called the ** and requested our previous company. So glad were not going to deal with this very inept and unprofessional company. Be careful and read all the negative reviews

      I sincerely regret ever doing business with this company. After getting everything set up and placing my first order, the relationship deteriorated quickly. 30 days after receiving my 90 supply, the calls and robocalls began. Every day, and sometimes twice per day my phone would ring with them telling me it was time to reorder. No matter what, they contacted me daily. Even when their robocall said they won't contact me for 30 days, they called ever day anyway. Even when I told an agent to stop calling me, they called anyway. For the love of all that is holy, don't do business with this company

      Can I select 0 stars? Because I would if I could. I am a type 1 diabetic. I order pump supplies and Dexcom sensors. Every time I order sensors, I am billed incorrectly. Half the time, they do not charge my insurance. If I have a credit on my account, they do not use it. I have taken my account off of auto-pay and never leave a card on file because they will truly charge you whatever they want and it is HARD talking to someone in billing to get that removed. I usually have to call once a week for an hour or so for one issue or another, and thats not an ideal situation for someone who has a full time job. Solara seems to have a monopoly on getting diabetic supplies because they are the only providers my insurance takes or I would have left years ago. Its astounding how they never learn from month to month their mistakes. I once asked to speak to a manager and the billing *** said they wont tell you anything I havent and almost hung up before I started yelling. This was after they charged my card $432 for sensors because the insurance they had on file was ********** Blue Shield of MI of AL. *** excuse me, but did that not raise flags for anyone at that company who saw that insurance name? Absolute idiocy. I wish people had other options to go anywhere else.

      STAY AWAY FROM THEM! You will end up calling repeatedly, get transferred from department to department, while you will get transferred, the phone call will get dropped and you will experience this time after time after time. You will be promised shipments on certain date, which will not happen, you will call try to expedite shipments which they will promise they will do, but don't count on it either. In the meantime you will get desperate and you will run out of supplies. This is absolutely the worst place to order your medical supplies from. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN
