    They do not know how to repair ******* phones. Took it in for a simple screen repair where spen wasn't reading a small part on screen. Had to take it back twice the first time, when they left a glass pecie between the camera lens. The second time, the phone was stuck in a boot loop, and they said it was a battery issue, not even a day after repair. Now the phone is not water resistant. It fell in the bathtub for not even a second and completely useless now. I called and asked the tech if they sealed the phones before I told him what happend. . The tech told me they had to pass a seal test before they completely released it from repair. I then told him what had happened. Now they won't cover the phone with their warranty. So I'm out 580 bucks for out of pocket repair that was done not even a month ago. SYAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. Don't see how they are a ******* repair shop. I will never come back here and will make sure everyone I know knows not to as well. ********** location on ****
