No star at all - just had to give it one so I can leave a review. I felt I got ripped off by this shop. I got charged $399.00 for a repair that *** have not been performed on my 1.5 year old ** refrigerator. The same tech also quoted me for a $1300.00 repair to replace the compressor if the issue comes back and he was kinda recommending/pushing it to be done while he was "fixing" my fridge. The issue indeed - error code - came back 2 days after, and I had to call ****** where I bought the ref and realized that my fridge has a 2-year warranty. ****** setup an appointment for an ** tech to checkout the fridge. The ** tech found out that one of the wirings was not re-attached back causing the same error code to show up on the panel. The ** tech also replaced the same thermostat that the Best(?) appliance repair tech supposedly replaced and also told me that there is nothing wrong with the compressor. I'm suspecting that the Best(?) repair tech purposely did not re-attach one of the wirings so he could come back and replace(?) the compressor which according to the ** tech has no problem - so he could charge me $1300.00. I called the place and the customer service person on the phone was so rude she kept on interrupting me and also hang up on the call. Not the Best appliance shop as they claim to be. I would stay away from this shop.
