      I purchased online and never received my items upon contacting customer service I was just told to wait even though it says delivered. There is no help in locating my missing order or assistance. I contacted the carrier they advised me to contact the company. I would just like my money back at this point

      Hello,

       

      We received communication from the customer on 1/21/22 via our customer support and paypal support. We have explained that due to *** losing her package, a claim would need to be filed with ***. The claim investigation process generally takes 5 business days to complete and to please follow up with us on 1/31/22 if she hasn't received any updates. Please see attached info for *** claim.

      Please see attached *** claim. *** is currently still looking for the package. The claim/investigation process generally takes 5 business days to complete. It has only been 1 business day. Please allow *** to finish their investigation. We will follow up with a resolution as soon as the investigation has been completed.       I brought some boots for my grand daughter they where to small so i returned them they said they refund my money 1/5/2022 i called my bank 3 times they said they dont see it bearpaw keep giving me the run around i tried of this they say the going to call no one calls.

      Our returns partner, Happy Returns, shows that your return was received/refund processed. When I checked for your refund on our payment processor's back end, it shows the card we sent the funds back to declined. I've tried to call you 4-5 times to get this resolved. We need to speak with you over the phone to get your refund reprocessed. I just called you and left another voicemail. Please contact us as soon as possible.

      I bought a pair of boots for $114 from Bearpaw on 12/3/21. The boots were shipped **** The package wasn't delivered when *** said it was. I waited 3 more days and asked my family and neighbors, but nobody received it. Contacted Bearpaw through live chat that they didn't arrive on 12/9/21. They opened a claim with *** the same day. I have been in contact with both Bearpaw and *** throw out this process. As of today 12/21/21 I'm still without the item and my money for my daughter's Christmas present. I live on a fixed income as a disabled veteran.

      One year ago I purchased a pair of bear paw slippers from the company. The inside of the slippers were made of sheepskin. The sheepskin has bald spots on the ends of the slippers. We communicated back-and-forth via email to resolve this issue and the only thing they offered me was it 50% discount on the website. After only a year of wearing the slippers they should not have worn out like they did. I provided 4 pictures of the wear on the slippers and that’s the best they can offer for me? Not good customer service. I would like this resolved.

      Hello,

       

      We've been in contact with this customer over the last 2 days. We asked the customer to send photos of the issue that she is having as well as her proof of purchase. We received the photos of the issue but no proof of purchase. It looks like the issue the customer is having the inner liner looks to be caused by natural wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect. We will only offer replacements for footwear with manufacturing defects but not issues that arrive from normal wear and tear. Since the customer was unable verify her purchase, we offered a 50% off discount towards a new pair. If the customer is able to provide more info in the sense of the purchase, we can provide further assistance.

      I’m done with this. No further response from me should be necessarily. Horrific  business to deal with. I will just leave this hear. If you want to make this right, you know what to do. I have provided bought of my time with you. Enough is enough!
