    I purchased two Soleus Air dehumidifiers at Menards several years ago. One unit keeps shutting down with an error code. I have been trying to contact Chico Group, with the contact phone and email address given to me by Soleus Air, for assistance . Tried their website no one response and the phone number 626.839.3736 indicates CANNOT CONNECT. Still looking for technical support!!

    They won't answer the phone or respond to emails. My Soleusair dehumidifier quit working while under warranty for the second time and I was forced to go out and buy a different one,different brand and store. These are junk and they won't stand behind them. Never doing business with this company again.
