I bought a gas stove through ********** on Jan. 31 and discovered a leak inside the stove box, took it back to ********** *********, ********* and was told that they can't take it and I only can call the source, was totally surprised that a maufactural can release a product that can cause a safety disaster like that and then refuse to replace itEmpava Appliances

I have NEVER EVER dealt with a mfg/retailer that had such poor communication! They hired a great ****************** team, to reel you in!I have reached out 5+ times! I loved their website and their waterfall bathtubs!!! I connected one time (*****), which we talked for 8 minutes and I explained situation and wanted them to help me place "custom order". I said I was anxious to get completed so contractor could proceed, but confused bc "in one place, the website showed "EMPAVA" and then it said "*********".. Was this some sort of scam? He assured me it was legit and I needed to proceed. and informed me they were running 1-2 more months behind, 4 customer orders.I went back to website to place order, placement Jan. 2025 now pushed Delivery to beyond June ***************** excess of "$4400"! I still proceeded w/ order, really wanting THIS tub "that seemed like a dream come true"... but fearful that I had added things that were duplicate or unnecessary, so I kept trying to reach someone to help me and answer questions, so we could finish and place order. Multiple calls later, I left message AND again no call back!!! Finally, it seemed my last call did reach a person, but after their initial hello... they never spoke again, but appeared to stay on the line listening.... So I spoke anyway! I said "I am getting extremely uncomfortable w/ this company! They appear to not have many employees OR a customer service line! It makes me think this is NOT somewhere i want to do business with!!! IF they can't take your order, how are they going to stand behind the product? I went on to say how much I liked the tub AND would've liked to ordered, but felt like this company was NOT reputable and NOT legit to do business with"...I then went to website and started reading reviews, and I was heartsick w/ what I read! it ... I'm not seeing quality or integrity! GOD was watching over me!!! I will redirect and FIND A COMPANY that responds and delivers customer service!Empava Appliances

Seriously? Email you??? How about if you try listening to the phone messages i left, that all contained my needs, concerns and my contact information!!! I spoke with ***** (whomever that might be), and I even went on to ask about your business and personnel because of the California fires! He told me they had rain and so fires weren't an issue now!So... The reason you could not find any record under my name, is because I could not get anyone to assist me with placing this order. I have to wonder how many people you employ that no one whatsoever could take the time to pick up the phone as customers are trying to call in and do business with you!I went on to say to ***** that I thought your website and bathtubs were absolutely beautiful, and the item I was expressly interested in was a 60 inch bathtub that had jets and air bubbles in addition to chromotherapy and absolutely had to have the built-in waterfall!!!Now, I am scared to death to do business with you after your poor customer service AND the multiple bad reviews I read!I am ***, but will continue my search elsewhere! This company has called me only to NOT follow through with resolving the problem with my range hood vent that is under warranty. I have tried several times through email and calls to reach **** *. Sent all the documents and pictures they have requested and to no avail. Please be aware as they are not backing their product warranty. Im writing this complaint as I have been trying to resolve this issue since the beginning of August 2024. No one answers the phone and they say they will call back, but that aint happening. Very disappointed with the service and the hood range.Empava Appliances

Called, emailed them, all they kept asking for is my order number and receipt, gave that to them and then they asked for pictures, I sent those and all of a sudden I'm in limbo, no answers, no help no nothing!Review fromDenise P

I had never heard of Empava until my home builder recommended this brand. I wish I still hadnt heard of the brand because I am having a HORRIBLE experience with my Empava wall ovens (2). The ovens do not heat to the temperatures I select, and whatever temperatures they reach arent maintained consistently. I had to purchase oven thermometers to monitor the temperatures and adjust accordingly while using the ovens. DO NOT waste your money on these appliances.Empava Appliances

My experience with Empava has been one of the worst ever. I purchased an Empava wall oven from my local Lowes. I hired a plumber to install the oven and after installation when my tenants tried to use the oven, it would not reach a temperature of 400. I immediately tried to contact Empava to possibly troubleshoot in hopes of not having to return the oven. I was only able to communicate with someone through email and the response time was absolutely horrible. I have to wait an entire day to get a response if I even get one. When I ask if I can talk to someone over the phone my request is ignored and Ill have to wait for yet another email. After weeks of back and forth through email only, I requested a refund. I was given an ** number to approve my return only to be told by ***** that they cannot accept the ** number from me, it would have to come from Empava. I had to hire another plumber to remove the oven so that I could put it back in the box and return it and now it is sitting in Lowes while I wait for Empava to do their part. This almost $900 oven has now cost me $1300 and I am still without a refund. Please do not put yourself through this absolute nightmare that I am living. I have left several messages because nobody answers the phone, dozens of emails and chats and now a review. If I could give this manufacturer 0 stars I would.Empava Appliances

Summary: horrible experience Details: purchased an empava 24 inch wall oven. Less than 2 years later, it stopped working. Call customer service and emailed them back and forth for over a month. No real solution. Hired an appliance repair person to troubleshoot. Called customer service and emailed again with the part needed. **************** emailed me back, ask me to pay for the part via penPal, I did, and nothing. I asked to get an update a week ago and no reply either. I am out of an oven, out of some cash for the parts they asked me to pay, and just overall upset about this terrible experience. Im sorry for the inconvenience occurred. It seems there's no response after you touched the screen. Please try to reset the oven following below steps:please see attached instruction.To resolve this, please help to remove the upper cover or back cover of the oven to check whether the thermostat (please see attached screenshot) is covered by cotton. Need to make sure the thermostat is not covered by cotton. And then press the black small round button to reset the oven (ensure you make this step) Once hitting the reset button leave the unit off for about ***** mins and power it back on.For your oven, there's 2*thermostat that needs to be reset. We have already sent you email with instructions of resetting the oven. We'll keep in communication via email. Thank you.
