    we purchased this part online from this company for my son 21st birthday present they charged or credit card so they received full payment but failed to send us the product we purchased we have e-mailed them several times and finaly got a response from who knows say that they were at sema show in las vegas and would ship our product next week-well thats been 2 weeks and still no product from them we have tried multiple times to call the phone number on their web sit-rings busy every time we even got a hold of a business next door to supposedly *************-(Drive NRG) we were told that there isnt a unit F as on there websight The phone number on web sight is ************ just want one of the other PART OR OR MONEY BACK

    I ordered a steering wheel and a quick release part for the steering wheel from a website called DriveNRG. I paid $277 for the items and got an emailed receipt saying I would get an email when my items have been shipped. That was 7/14/23 and I still havent gotten any updates or emails about these items. I contacted their support team via email, number, and social media and have gotten no response. I then decided to open the comments on their social media and I found out that tons of other people have ordered items from this website and never got their items. DriveNRG is a fake website selling items from the company NRG innovations but they do not ship the items they just take the money. Please help with my situation its been months and I have gotten no support.

    Ordered parts from drivenrg a week ago as soon as I submitted my order something felt off since then 0 communications have been made order was almost ****** customer service phone line is dead doesn't reply to any email or message ill be filling a report with the credit company as I believe this is a complete scam nrg should *** the owner of the drive nrg site.

    I placed an order on 07/30/23 for a short hub and quick release. The order #is **** and the total paid to Drive NRG was $329.69. I have emailed a dozen times to check order status, and called the only listed phone number a dozen times as well. No one from the company will reply to my emails begging for an update, and the phone number is out of service. I was charged $329.69 for products that were listed as in stock. The fact that 42 days have gone by and no one will reply to my emails, and no tracking information has been provided, I demand a refund for my order. I need Drive NRG to return $329.69 to my credit card used for the purchase of order # **** immediately. After reading the other complaints, I am astonished Drive NRG is still in business.

    Made my purchase on 8/6/23. When entering the website there is a message that pops up stating that due to covid allow 2 weeks for shipping. I assumed it was a message that they just never took down and was willing to wait the 2 weeks if that's what it took. So I purchased my parts for $379.98. On the 11th business day I still hadn't received my parts or any updates on shipping plus I had noticed other people not receiving their purchases on BBB. I sent an email to the support email address they provide on the website on 8/21/23 asking for a full refund being as I had to purchase these parts elsewhere. It is now 8/26/23 and I've still not received any updates in shipping (again I've already ordered and received the parts elsewhere so I'm no longer interested in them fulfilling the order) nor have they responded to my email.

    I have read recent reviews of people not receiving emails or anything this is happening to me to i want my money back or someone to actually ship it. ***** has been over for a while not an excuse of poor customer service. Cant call nor receive any emails back. Not happy with the company

    I bought some steering wheel hubs and a steering wheel, had my credit card charged and order processed but have not received anything. *** wrote numerous emails and never heard back. Ive called customer supportdead line. I just want my order filled or a refund. Its ridiculous they are this unprofessional and ignorant to not even respond to emails. By far the worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. At this point I just want my money back!!

    I placed an order (Order #****) with Drive NRG on March 21, 2023. I bought a Classic Wood Grain Steering Wheel for $169.99 + $22 for shipping. I was informed by a pop-up that, due to COVID, my order could take up to 2 weeks to ship, which is understandable. After over 2 weeks went by, and I still had not received a single update, I emailed the company. Another week went by, still with no update, so I emailed again. I have also called their customer support phone number, but the number is no longer valid and the calls can never be completed. I would love for the company to contact me so that we can resolve this issue, or for my order to be either delivered or refunded.

    Parts ordered, credit card charged, no parts ever received. Left numerous voicemails and sent multiple emails, with no response.

    Placed an order on June 14th, 2022 it is now August 3rd, 2022. Emailed the company, called the company several times, finally left final message that was going to report them to the BBB. Finally received a call from the company. A gentleman ******** with ******** and a woman ******* in the *********** he **** up and ***** to text *** Says order was ******** but can clearly see that it was not on the shop app that they send you to to check order status. On the order confirmation email it says: "- If an item or items on your order cannot be fulfilled within the expected time-frame, the item(s) are most likely out of stock at the NRG warehouse. - If your items are not in stock, then we will ask if there is an alternate part that you will accept or if you need a refund." Never received any contact from them when there policy is supposed to be will contact you if out of stock, the fact alone that the company is selling things that they do not even know if NRG has is crazy in itself.
