      I placed an order (******) for a header for my ******* It was very hard to install as the bolt holes did not line up. It looks warped from welding. Also cannot get the surface that mounts to the head to seal as it is twisted. Can you send out a replacement? I would like to send this back as it is defective. It leaks excessively. After an initial email from customer support, all my reply emails were ignored.

      Customer purchased the headers on 10/1/2023 and did not contact us until 11/28/2023.  Our return policy is listed on all our site with a 30day return period, and all returns are for refunds only. Extended warranty is not included with any of our orders nor was it listed as included. Unfortunately, the customer used the product for too long and the return period for this order has long expired.

      Also, buyer's vehicle was not listed as compatible for this item as well.  Since buyer did not use the item for the intented vehicle, any returns are now voided.  Thanks

      I purchased a pair of headlights for my *** from CA Auto parts. Within 8 months one of the LED running lights no longer works and the housing for the passenger side low beam has become loose and causes the car to give a low beam malfunction light. CA auto parts advertised a 12 month warranty on these headlights but never replied to any of my multiple emails in the last 2 months regarding the issue.

      Bought a set of headers and y pipe for a *** **** *** ****** ***** Supposed to be an exact fit but is not even close. Passenger **** primary hits the frame rail and is a solid inch from bolting to the head. Driver side is right in the way of the steering shaft. 2 piece Y pipe is about 9 ****** too wide and 6 ****** too short from bolting to cat back. Has the wrong flange to even connect it. Had to be severely altered just to fit some what and can't be made to even fit decent. There resolution is ** dollars to shut up about it when it's clearly advised as a direct fit. I have installed several sets of headers on ** trucks and never have I seen any like this. They just throw something together and when it gets damaged on install because of fitment they won't ******* False advertising, told them I would take *** back originally and came off to a 100 dollar refund on *** $ useless junk and they say the *** they can offer is **** I got about 12 hours labor into these now. Been better off to build my own set from ******* Pretty much what I did ********

Unfortunately the customer damaged the running tubes on the headers before notifying us of the issue. Our product was listed at a extremely low cost compared to our competitors so we have very little room to offer money back. Most customers would have notified us of the issue before modifying and damaging the headers and we would have gladly provided a prepaid return label for the customer to return the whole order back to us for a full refund. However at this point the product has been used and damaged and we cannot issue a $100 partial refund for an order sold at a fraction of the cost compared to our competitors.       On September 10, 2021, I placed an order with CA auto parts for a Catalytic converter that advertised in their website as an exact fit for my vehicle. After I received part, repair shop that I took my vehicle to said that part was not designed for my vehicle. Part has been tested on my vehicle and it does not work. I have been trying to contact CA auto parts by email, phone and live chat several times and they have not responded either way. I would like to see if they can either replace part, refund money back so I can buy from somewhere else or see what other options they might have. Order number was XXXXX.

      This is about ORDER #****** - A pair of ********* ********** for a **** *** ****** *** The assemblies were missing parts required for light contacts and one of the assemblies does not properly function. I am already out labor of install and 265 for this order. The solution offered by the company was "This is a hassle to return. Can we give you 40 dollars and close this out?". It seems insulting and like 'shut up and leave me alone' money. I now cannot reach them via e-mail, their chat does not work and is just a bot to email you (where you cannot reach them) and their phone number hangs up during the hold period, about 5 minutes in. Tried different lines of my own and many times...same methods. I reached out on social media. Radio silence. What I have asked for is 1) The missing parts. 2) A replacement for the defective unit. What they offered was $40. If they do not want to ship, I would want around half back because half the product doesn't work. This is me settling for less because you need to replace headlight related things in pairs for safety and functionality. Regardless of how this ends, I will have to order a new PAIR since I cannot get a matching replacement from this company. Then the labor will have to be done again which is even more money. So I truthfully feel like I am being reasonable and have no idea why they stopped talking. I have sent them adequate troubleshooting steps and photos to explain this. I have been patient. It has just ran out the moment communication stopped.

      On Sept 30th, 2021 at 5:30 pm I placed an order for headlight assembly. At 8:30 pm, same day, I emailed and canceled said purchase. I Tried phoning company 6 times and the numbers provided on this site as well as their web page are non working numbers that push you through t Straight Talk?!? I have contacted credit card company for credit on my account. Hope to hear back from them through this service as they are non responsive. Please reverse charge for items not yet shipped in the of $204.74. Thank you.
