      Bought a tomahawk motherboard from them only to find out it was defective.I RMA'd the board and then it arrived back and still would not work.Upon further investigation, I found that their "professionals" bent 2 CPU pins, which made the board completely dead.I contacted *** again and they refused to admit fault and refused to issue a refund.I am out almost 300 dollars for this board and now it's just in a landfill somewhere.I purchased an ASRock and have had no issues whatsoever.TLDR: MSI ***** and their customer service is awful.

      Ever made a purchase on *** US website? It's like giving money away and expecting no reply or anything in return. They say it takes one to three days too ship your order. It's been over 2 weeks going on my third week! Have you tried contacting their customer support? It's not existent. They disable their phone number. They don't reply to emails. Yet somehow they charge your card instantly for any order and give you no information or an update.

      Disappointed by MSI's ***************** My Story As someone who's been a fan of MSI products for years, I recently ran into a frustrating situation with their customer service.I recently bought an MSI GP66 and had a GPU issue after minimal use. When I contacted customer support, they told me it would cost $2200 to replace the motherboard the same as the laptop's original price.Considering other options, I mentioned using a third-party repair service, but they couldn't find the necessary parts. And when I brought up the "right to repair" the agent abruptly ended the conversation with a dismissive "thank you for choosing MSI."What's even more suspicious is the exorbitant $2200 replacement cost for the motherboard, which surpasses the original laptop price. Adding insult to injury, they couldn't provide a detailed invoice explaining this inflated cost or any information about sourcing the necessary parts.MSI, you've lost my trust and respect. Your lack of transparency and disregard for loyal customers is unacceptable. Consider me a former supporter.

      I bought an x670 motherboard for $500 and it worked for 2 months and they sent me back a dead motherboard 3 different times!!! They keep sending me back their trash until the 1 year warranty goes out it seems. They refuse to give me my money back! This company deserves to be sued out of existence!

      I sent my AOI **** to be repaired as the *** screen was broken. Two weeks later, I got my AOI **** back from service still broken. I then called and spent hours over multiple phone calls trying to get this corrected. In fact, one of the agents put me on a 15 min hold, because he wanted to see who I had previously spoke too. I am DONE with MSI, my experience will be shared widely.

      Placed an order in October. Don't get me wrong, they did ship the order and on time. However, when contacted about the order and requested an invoice, MSI responded only once to 6 emails with no invoice provided. The last 5 emails went completely unanswered. Phone calls to MSI are pointless since the automated system states MSI doesn't currently accept phone calls, urging customers to contact MSI online (again, did and received no response)The invoice was essential to me. So since one wasn't provided, I requested a return, which I was ***********, given it was within the 30-day return period AND the order was still unopened (in fact, even the packing box was still sealed). Clicked on Return on the order page and received a message that an MSI specialist would contact me. That was it. No one ever contacted me and the "Return" option on the order page vanished. Since you can't call MSI, they don't respond via emails, and opening a return is impossible, I can only file a chargeback against them now, not the most pleasant option.And did I tell you that they don't always honor rebates? Yes, that happened to me as well in the past. Bought a laptop on NewEgg and never received the rebate (I did file everything per instructions, and I know I did everything correctly because I had received other rebates in the past).Horrible customer service! I would recommend US customers to stay away from MSI.

      $5,000 laptop has a hard drive fail 6 weeks out of the crummy 1 year warranty and now a fan failing 3 months after that repair (which took 2 months and 2 trips). Garbage machine from a garbage company. Avoid at all costs.

      The representative tried to tell me that he cannot honor my warranty. That the period of peripherals such as battery and adapters is six (6) months, but I pointed out to him that his 1-year warranty book states in Chapter 1.2 states 1 year. The representative told me after 20 minutes of hold time, that he will be offering a "one-time" replacement for the error that they made. You aren't honoring anything but what is already written in black and white! As far as I am concerned MSI is running a warranty scam and should be ashamed of themselves. I will never buy another MSI product. I will be switching to ASUS once my laptop inevitably fails like my A/C Adapter did.I had to put in two tickets with two different departments (first Warranty referred me to Parts and Accessories, then Parts and Accessories referred me to the main number). What is the point? I will make sure that everyone knows that MSI is a horrible, scheming company with horrible customer service.

      purchase a laptop through msi and keyboard is a European key board. I called to ask to a exchange for the right product they tell me they cant exchange. First why not, because you still have the same laptop in stock. I need some to get back to me. horrible service
