    Ordered a 4-post car lift on /23/24 received a message wanting $2600 more for shipping I already pai for shipping as stated on the paid invoice i had received from Bolton tools I continued to call requesting they ship the lift with no luck on 9/13/24 I requested a refund and was told it would be processed and paid out in 10 days. Today's date 2/7/25 still no refund I call Bolton tools if they answer as soon as I ask about the refund the call is dropped, I have emailed several times with no response. All I want is my Refund.

    We placed an order for four parts cabinet drawers with Bolton Tools on April 18, 2024. While we received a partial shipment, the internal components of the drawers were missing. We made several attempts to contact Bolton Tools in order to resolve the issue, and they requested photos, which we promptly provided. Despite following up multiple times, we have not received a response. Bolton Tools stated that our requests were escalated, but we have yet to see any resolution. We also inquired about the possibility of a partial refund, but have not received any reply. As of now, we are still missing the drawer components.

    On 11-11-2024 I purchased a recover machine. The Machine showed up DOA dead on arrival. I have sent a video and had to send the file around 4 times. They still could not open it due to their email system asked me to reply to different email. I uploaded the video to ******* so they could watch it with a link. Still waiting for them to approve a replacement or refund. It has been hard to deal with and they are making me jump through hoops to try to get resolved.

    Ordered a fermenter a month ago. It arrived missing the level adjustment feet. Called and emailed the company was told it would be looked into. After a week of no response I emailed again. Was told the issue was being escalated. After another week, I emailed again for an update, was told it would be escalated again. And again the following week. I told them I would contact the BBB if no response and there wasn't a response.

    Order water chiller July ******************************* to receive it. Upon receiving the machine, it failed to turn on when providing all the right power. Ive been going back and forth with support and all they can tell me theyve asked the product manager. They dont even keep the necessary documentations on hand, like service manual or wiring diagram. Ive been asking for 2 day and running now to speak with a supervisor or someone more knowledgeable and have been getting the run around. Company has no structure and fails to provide the service which is promised.

    I placed an order on March 27th 2023. It was stated that shipping on their site would be done within a couple of days I called 2 weeks later and reviewed the status online and it continued to say ready to ship. On April 18th I requested a refund as my merchandise said not yet been shipped out I was told that's not a problem and to this day 18 days later I have yet to receive anything.

    YOU SENT THE WRONG PART!!!! I have sent to you on 9//17/2022 request ****** a series of pictures of both broken gear hardware as well as the Pic of your******* Operators Manual showing (Gear ****************** T) on exploded View ****. I got NOTHING back from you but the following: "Your request (******) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, reply to this email" I did as you requested and sent to you "additional comments" (Requesting Gear ***) on and got back the following "General Question ****** with the same statement that you support staff is reviewing my question. So I tried again: and got another: "General Question ****** with the same statement that you support staff is reviewing my question I did as you requested and sent to you "additional comments" (Requesting Gear *** And now you want to know how great your service is. What I want is to get "Gear ***" so I get my lathe once again to work. This Started in June of this year, and all I get from you is "General Question" computer reply. Does any humans work for you? Can't someone, anyone, just place an order for this gear, or tell me what the **** you want from me to allow me to buy from "Gear *** of page **** from the******* Bench Metal Lathe Manual? Try to not mail me that "General Question" reply. Thanks, I hope somebody will get me out of this Computer Loop you have put me in. ****************
