1 star5-Stars for Dissatisfied. January twenty twenty five I dropped off my jeep which needed a complete new engine covered under warranty. It's now march twenty twenty five I still don't have a vehicle. I still don't have an answer on when my vehicle will be ready. I've already spent out-of-pocket $550 to rent a car. I've already spent out of my pocket. $1324.34 to commute to and from work.I've spent $2965 for car. Payments and insurance on a vehicle that I haven't been able to drive. I've spent over $500 on repairs. Leading up to the major problem while determining what that was.Basically, I'm out $4618.25 and have no idea. When I'll get my car returned to me. This dealership has offered me no loan or car or the wives on several occasions. Living in ***********. Are cars are essential to our day to? Day? Life and my day to day. Life has been disrupted since I dropped my car off at this facility for a warranty repair.Communication is sub par at best. I basically have to chase them down to get an answer. And then I still just get. I'll have an answer next week and the week after that and the week after that I'm still waiting for an answer basically. As far as. **************** goes. This place is worse than negotiating with a toddler. I'm highly disappointed. I'm getting highly frustrated and I still don't have a vehicle that I'm paying a lot for. 1 starI would give this place zero star if it was available. Puente Hills Chrysler is the worst dealer I have ever visited. Its manager ****** is such a rude person. How come a person like him without any sense of being a good customer services would become the manager? Its technician lied about what he did. The service advisers are like chicken without head. Don't understand why in this world a business like this one can survive. I had a harness issue and had them to fix it. The technician shorted my battery and the manager did whatever he can to avoid taking any responsibility. Walk away from this place!!!By the way DO NOT BUY JEEP. The company is a scammer! The cars are just piece of garbage! Lots of issues with its engine, engine valve, steering pump, fore head "A" arm. DO NOT BUY JEEP!!!Review fromJay C

1 starIt is very important to read every line and charge no matter how long it takes. This is not a company I will ever buy from again. The process is just starting of me trying to make things right however they are not returning e-mails, calls, or texts. I am contacting Jeep, BBB, and possibly legal counsel because they have not done business on the up and up. There are plenty of dealers to choose from don't use this company.Review fromJared K

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! These guys are the most corrupt, unprofessional people you will ever deal with! I was completely lied to about my warranty by the employee working in the finance department. My wife and I were told everything would be covered bumper to bumper. I paid almost $3,000 for this warranty. My van has had 3 different issues since we bought it and somehow all of them have not been covered under warranty. Now that a cylinder head went out and it's going to be 4 grand worth of work, they are telling me that they switched my warranty company to a different one and that the work is not covered. I told them I never signed any new documentation or agreed to a different warranty company than is on my contract! I was told a manger would call me 5 days ago, and now I cannot get a hold of anyone in the finance department. It appears they are dodging my calls. Meanwhile, I am trying to manage getting to and from work and my wife getting my 2 young daughters to school everyday. We have no time for these games. Do not buy from this compy unless you plan on having to get an attorney at the end of it all. I was also contacted by attorneys to let me know that there was an accident on the vehicle previous to me buying, that the dealer did not disclose. This is illegal! CORRUPT COMPANY. I will update my review, if this matter is resolved . Otherwise, I will be contacting the better business bureau, the ********** bureau of automotive repair, the ********** department of consumer affairs, and my attorney!Puente Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Called and spoke to ***** about a suv we went back and forth as I live several hours away . We decided on a ***** xc90 he said his boss **** would get it done as he had connections with the lender. He also promised me $4500 for my trade . I drive down he asks for my keys . I said how long will this take as I have somewhere to be he said I should be signing paperwork . In walks a mgr with what the payments will be etc I agree Several hrs later in walks ***** tells me he is here to make me happy but the lender wont approve the ***** and that my only choices were a POs journey that had a bad carfax and a ******* I picked the ******* I was due at a event out of state but did not get to my event due to the dealer messed around . I stopped my payment due to what they did to me as I lost a ton of money from a gig then I was intimidated to buy a car that had been in a accident then I was forced to buy a car that had electrical issues . Plus on top of that they called the police . Plus ***** forced me to take on a package that I did not want plus he wanted me to buy LoJack when they already were following every car as he showed me on his computerPuente Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Customer bounces a **** check purposely then disappears no calls and fake address. You are lucky we didnt press charges because this one could Have ended you up In mail. Our repo company knows You well from all the cars they have reposed from you. Hopefully this one taught you a ****** but I doubt it.Review fromGus H

1 starOn January 5, 2023, I took my car in for a diagnosis because my car was misfiring. The issue turned out to be that oil was leaking from the engine valve cover into the coils and spark plugs. After that, they said my car was repaired so I went to pick up my car and supposedly it was all repaired but when bringing it home, I noticed my RPM's were accelerated. In my ******** noticed there was a leak coming from the passenger side back seat area of the car.I took my car back to the dealership to inform them of these issues that I've NEVER experienced these issues in the past. They told me they'd re-diagnose the vehicle and after doing so, they said my car was no longer able to drive out of the dealer due to miscommunication with the throttle body which again, I've NEVER had any issues. I was able to drive the car fine to the dealership (40 minutes away) so I found it ironic how all of a sudden my car was unable to drive. After diagnosing the leak I mentioned, they said it was a gas leak from the gas tank which again had NEVER been an issue. I talked to the service advisor ****** and asked how much longer it would be to successfully diagnose the car. I expressed my concerns about my car being misdiagnosed and asked if I can get a second opinion on the diagnosis. The service advisor told me my concern would be escalated with the shop *******/higher management and she also told me she'd call me the next day to let me know. As of now a week later, I have not heard from her. I'm upset at the time frame this has taken. The irresponsibility of the service advisor to promise a certain time frame of keeping me up to date and yet I've received no response. This is a huge inconvenience to me being that this is my only form of transportation. I'm disappointed with the lack of quality and service of this dealership and service advisor.Review fromDennis N

1 starRecently on 8 Feb 2023 I checked my 2019 RAM **** in for three recalls. At this time, I was told that two of the recalls were minor however the third recall, the high-pressure fuel pump *** take 12 hours as they needed to check high pressure pump even if they did not have one in stock. They also indicated that my service advisor, ****** was not in, but he would call me back by days end as to the status. I never did receive a call from anyone. I tried calling service at approximately 530 but got no answer. Just for the record paperwork reflected service would be open until 6p.m.The next morning, 9 Feb I called and talked to ******. He said he apologized but he did not return a call as he had family emergency. He said he would talk to technician and call me back with status. He never called me back.10 Feb came and went again with no call as to status.On 11 Feb I called and talked to ******, she said techs were not there today and she did not know status. I asked to speak with service manager which did occur. He stated that there were no diesel techs working today or tomorrow and he did not know status. He indicated he would find out status and call me back. Well once again, he has not called me back.On 13 Feb ****** called and indicated that they had received the parts to complete the high-pressure fuel pump recall and asked if I still wanted them to do it. I told him to keep the truck and complete the job. He also indicated that he would call me back with an ETA.There was no contact on 14 or 15 Feb 2023 On 16 Feb I Talked to ******, and he indicated techs would be in in 15 minutes and that he would call me back with status. He finally called me back that afternoon.Bottom line, while I am satisfied with the work that this dealer performs, I am totally disappointed in their communications. I thought elevating the problem to the service manager would resolve the issue, but he was just as bad as the tech. Last time I use this dealer.Review fromShachi R

This dealership doesn't deserve even a star. My husband took our Chrysler minivan here, as the rear wheel seemed to be making a thud sound whenever the vehicle would encounter unevenness on the road. Deberah McGill, was my husband's service advisor and what a dishonest , unethical woman she is. It was a broken bushing, which was easily noticeable, and this woman gave my husband a bill of $3562.22 initially and when he reiterated he was there just to get rid of the sound, she reduced the quote to $1895.00, where the bushing that was broken was not even included. In the parts that she had ordered for $1895.00, she mentioned that she had ordered 3 links, & was going to charge a $35.00 expedited fee for shipping , and $1100.00 for labor for the installation. When asked , whether the 3 links would take care of the noise, she had the audacity to say "no" and turn around and blame my huband for it..... it was because he did not want to go through for the entire repair job of $3562.22, the vehicle would continue to have the sound. When I asked to take the car away from there for a second opinion, she said she would charge me the $195.00 diagnostic fee, $35.00 for expedited shipping fee, and 15% for the restocking fee for the parts that she had ordered that the vehicle did not need. When I asked to speak to the manager, Buster Torres walked in , and said that I would have to pay the $195.00 and $35.00 but he would see that the 15% restocking charge would be waived. I was so fed up of these liars, that I paid $225.00 took my vehicle from this place went to an auto shop close by named Car Code and had the repairs done for $240.00. SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER. VEHICLE DETERMINED UNSAFE TO DRIVE BY MECHANIC. QUOTED COMPLETE REPAIR NOT JUST FOR THE SOUND. THERE IS CONFUSION THAT WE ARE TRYING TO OVERCHARGE BUT THE REPAIRS QUOTED WAS FOR MORE THAN JUST A WHEEL BEARING. INCLUDED ALL DAMAGE FROM CUSTOMER BEING IN AN ACCIDENT INCLUDING AXLE AND FRAME WORK.Shachi R

This dealership loves to lie to coverup their wrongdoings. The minivan was hit by a Tesla 3 months ago and has done several long distance trips thereafter. I had asked the company that replaced the bushing for me that was broken to drive the vehicle and check it all out, and there is nothing wrong with the axle or the frame.
