    Sharing my story from 2023. I was trying to forget it, but still frustrated over this experience that I remember from time to time.I placed an order on June 20, 2023 from J.ING. They charged ***** on my card.After a month of no updates on my order being shipped, I emailed customer service for a response and immediately, the email bounced back. I went to check their website, and its down and replaced with a completely unrelated website. I even tried clicking the link in the email that was sent to me so I could supposedly view my order, but it shows that the website storefront is also inactive. and thats how I lost *****.

    I have gift card balance $52.5 from returning order in 2022. I want to use gift card in December 2023 but the gift card link is not available anymore. I emailed to the customer service to reach the gift card information but no answered. I also noticed that the website changes to jingus.net from jingus.com. Apparently customercare at jingus dot com no longer existed so I email to insider at jingus dot net and all emails are **** Looks like the previous owner left all the s*** to current one and neither of them is going to take responsibility to customers.

    I still have not received the items I ordered in March 2023. They also switched to a new website called *****************************************. I am still waiting for my order... :( I am upset that I have to wait for so long, and at this point, I feel scammed. They basically took my money without ever sending me the items.

    Horrible horrible customer service. I have waited 8 months and not received my order or a response from customer service. At this point I feel like I was stolen from.

    I recommend everyone stay away from this company. A very good friend of mine fell for their scam, place an order and never receive anything nor be able to get her money back. I did some digging and the fact they terminated their LC in ********** and got Revoked in ******* but still have their website up and open for business as usual. ???????????? Where is your ethics and human decency?!

    I ordered a dress and recieved a completely different dress from the company. I reached out to them. Initially they offered me a $5 store credit. Over a period of weeks, they finally agreed to refund me. I had to pay for return shipping for their error...and I only received a partial refund.

    The company blocked my email, does not respond on social media, does not pick up their phone during business hours.I received a refund in the form of a gift card when I requested cash and have not rectified this error and now are no longer responding.Quality of the clothing is poor.

    To confirm the other posts, this business is a scam. I ordered $200 worth of clothing over 3 months ago and never received my order. I contacted their customer service multiple times with some replies telling me I would receive my order soon. This business is actually a scam and I wish I could get my money back....disgusting how bad humanity can be
