I ordered several items and some of them were the wrong size. I started a return and was told my return authorization and return address would be sent within 48 hours. I have tried to contact several times regarding this and have gotten no response. I would like to get the return taken care of.Initial Complaint

On Aug. 26, I purchased 7 shirts from Lilicloth. (Order # ********** I received 4 of the shirts, 1 was delayed in shipping, 2 were "pre" purchased and not yet available for shipping. The shirts I received were of terrible quality. I immediately reached out to the co. and was told I would have to pay for the items to be returned to *****, costing me just $19.00 less than the original purchase price of $135.38. I instructed them to cancel the 3 remaining shirts (the 1 delayed in shipping & 2 "pre" purchased and not yet available for shipping.) I requested this 2 weeks ago, was told that the shipments were canceled. I received no refund & today (Sept. 18) received the first shirt. I contacted the co. & again was told I need to return it the item to ***** and pay for shipping - a sum exceeding the cost of the shirt. I see that a number of complaints have been filed re: similar disreputable actions by Lilicloth. I hope something can be done to protect other consumers from this co.Initial Complaint

I ordered clothing from Lilicloth through its ******** ads on August 4, 2021. The clothing arrived with two items the wrong size and one of them not at all what I ordered. I sought to return the two items. Their policy is you pay the postageto *****! and if no tags are on the clothes, they retain the right to not return your money. My $17 and $25 purchases had no tags when they arrived. When I went to the post office to mail them, the minimum postage to ***** was about the value of the two items, which, without tags, might not be accepted. This is a terrible scam and unfair to customers. They should not be allowed to advertize on ********. Order # was ************* and the items were ************ (NOT WHAT i ORDERED AND WAY TOO SMALL) AND ************. ****************Initial Complaint

Merchandise received was nothing like advertised. Merchandise was unfinished, Collars were not sewn properly, fabric was not what was advertised. Their return policy is a total lie. The consumer has to send the merchandise to ***** for a refund and pay for the shipping. They don't get back to you within 48 hours. You have to email them for a return authorization and when they do get back to you they offer you a 15% refund or tell you that you have to pay for shipping to ***** and they may or may not approve your return.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 shirts 0n 7-17-21, I paid $35.72 and I have not received the merchandise. This is SUMMER shirts, I wanted them THIS SUMMER and it's almost FALL. I've written them several times and I only get snarky answers. I want my money refunded.
