LUXEDRESS DO NOT BUY from them The item was returned for a larger jacket then sent a smaller size I tried to contact them it takes two weeks to reply to send the **** trying to send this item back again because its still the wrong size now LUXEDRESS says its already been exchanged once . ***** BUY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Luxedress

I dont recommend this company at all. Please dont buy from them unless youre prepared for a wildly inconvenient return process. If you live in *****************, be aware that Lux Dress is based in *****, and returning an item will likely cost you around $100 or more in shipping fees.Their customer service is terrible and unhelpful. I followed their exact instructions for a return, only to be told by my local post office that the address was too long to even process. When I reported this to Lux Dress, their response was frustratingthey suggested using first-class shipping, which is unrealistic for international returns.On top of that, they required photos and additional proof to move forward with the return. It felt like a never-ending process, and with how busy most of our lives are, this level of inconvenience is just unacceptable.While they technically have a return policy, its far from what youd expect. If youre considering buying from them, just know that returning an item will be an uphill battle. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.Luxedress

When you mentioned that you were unsure how to proceed with the return, they informed you of the process in detail. Later, you mentioned that it was inconvenient, so our customer service team mentioend to offer another convenient return address and asked you to take some photos before returning the item. This request was made because the item is of high value, and taking photos helps us confirm whether any damage occurred before or after shipping.However, you continued to look for reasons not to return the item, and you are requesting a direct refund without returning our item. Please note that our company cannot accept this. The product must be in its original packing, unused, and unworn. I ordered two jackets that were very well made but were too small. I asked to return them for a larger size. Now I have to mail them back to ***** and spend $175. The mailing address on their package was from *******, **. If you look up on internet it shows **********. This is a way not to get any returns. Order at least one size larger. I wish we were told when things are from *****!!!Luxedress

If I could rate zero stars, I would.I ordered a dress for a special occasion. It was too small and didn't look much like the picture. Per their instructions, I submitted a request to return. It took many tries to get them to respond but they finally did, after offering a percentage to keep it, which was worthless. Although I thought this company was in the ***, it is not. Returns must be sent to ***** at my cost. Since the dealings with them are sketchy at best, I was afraid I would be out even more money and probably not receive a refund. I will just donate the dress and hope someone can get some use out of it.Luxedress

Their XXXL jacket is 6 too short and not 41 as they proclaim in their size chart:-(((I requested the *** number and return address, but they have sent me nothing. I ordered two pant suits from Luxedress, I am a size 8 and the website mentioned items run small and recommend ordering a size larger. I ordered a XL and when then items arrived and I tried them on they fitted like a size 6. When I contacted Luxedress to return the items, they offered me a discount in an attempt for me to keep the suits but if they dont fit and sizing is completely wrong, what good are they. I had to send several emails and in response they gave me an address in ***** to return and said the customer has to pay the shipping fee, which is completely wrong when their size chart is way off. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. The suits are low quality material and their size chart is completely off. They should provide a return shipping label at no cost to the customer.Luxedress

Bought a dress from Luxedress. The dress I received is totally not what the website was showcasing. It is absolutely poor quality. Missing sequin ornaments at V-cut neckline and front slit. Not matching the description. The skin color lining is poorly attached to the shoulder straps. It is a total rip-off. After I reported the issue and rated the dress they removed the dress/page from their website. The seller's website gives the impression that they are from **********. They are misleading the consumers. They are pretending to be selling designer fashion from **********. When I requested a return authorization to return the dress and a refund, they gave me an address in ***** to return the dress at my expense.Luxedress
