Return process is very bad they keep changing the window for the return and the return address is incomplete and the return phone number is not in service. One gets the impression they are US based because they give their address as **********. This address is only a shipping company called patron star which has numerous complaints about it as well. Had i known I would have to return to *****, at my expense, $30 thru ***** I never would have bought from Brazilianbikiniswimsuits.comBusiness response

I placed an online order on 2/08/23, Order #**** in the amount of $97.67. I paid through PayPal. I have yet to receive any actual shipping and tracking info. When I reached out via email (two times) I got a very jumbled and hard to understand response both times. I placed an order on 11/18/22 prior to the Black Friday/Holiday sales to by 12/1/2022 for a trip. On 11/23/22 it was confirmed via email from the company the order was on the way to ***** However, by 11/26/22 the tracking update has yet to update in which **** indicated they were still waiting to receive order from shipper so I sent an email regarding status. On 11/27/22 company emailed me back stating, " Please kindly note that your package is in transit and heading to **** sorting center now". **** didn't receive the item until 11/29/22 and then the company sent an email on 11/30/22 regarding the status update. The package was finally delivered on 12/3/22, however by then I was gone for my trip so as a result I don't need the items anymore. The company delayed the shipping by 6 days even though they said, it was in **** hand when it wasn't. As a result, I feel like they need to pay for shipping return. However, they are refusing to do so even though the delay was on their end of poor customer service.Business response

As we stated online, we offer free Standard Shipping for All Orders but we can't offer rush shipping so we list our processing time and shipping time clearly. Same complaint as all the previous complaints I am now reading about. The company states easy returns on the website, but when you try and email company to start the process for a return they lag on the respond time and ask the same question different ways numerous times and takes more than 24 hours to do so knowing there is only a 20 days window for returns. I have yet to receive a shipping label or address from the company as to where I ship the return to. I have inquired 4 times about the return and have not received a response. It says to check spam which is funny because their other emails do not end up in the spam folder. Again, deflecting about their dishonest business they are conducting. It seems more like they are trying to buy time so that it becomes to late to ship back for a refund. Frauds! A company who is not transparent about returns has something to hide. Will not be purchasing or recommending this company.Business response

We wanted to know return reasons at first so we emailed with some questions. The buyer could have contacted us earlier if she knows the return time frame is 20 days.
We responded every message from the buyer and provided the return address at the very beginning. What's more, we never asked the buyer to check spam.
The buyer refused to follow our return policies and requested for a prepaid label. Please note that we offer free shipping on all orders, only the return cost will be on clients.
So far, the buyer has returned the items, and we have issued a full refund. The buyer will receive a notification from PayPal in the coming days. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Just wont post the refund even after item is returned. Had to file claim with credit card company. Huge pain in the butt. Big waste of time.Business response

The return packages need to be cleaned and disinfected and it takes longer than ever in recent years. Thus, we sent the follow-up email to you as we haven't yet received the feedback of our warehouse. But we did not receive any feedback from you via email until November. We can't understand why you did not provide the return tracking number or other return information until you opened the case. Order date - 05/19/2022 Date of first delivery of items (partial shipment) - ********* Date of last delivery (remaining balance) - ******** Amount Paid to Brazilian Bikini Swimwear - ******* *** The business was to provide me with 7 swimsuits and 1 coverup. They sent these items but they are awful and I am trying to return. Per their return policy "We are passionate about ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on ****************************, you are entitled to a return or an exchange within 20 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements". Nature of the dispute: Business has on website that you must contact them to begin a return. I have been trying to contact since ********* with no response. I am getting close to the deadline to accept returns but I cannot do anything on my side as I have to wait for further instructions. I made a purchase on **** for ***** with Brazilian Bikini Store for a Ribbed String Slide Triangle Brazilian Two Piece Bikini Swimsuit. Date of arrival I contacted them to request return information because the product shipped was nowhere near the explanation on the online site. Cheap material, no elastic to keep the suit together. After several attempts, I disputed the charge with paypal and than they finally replied. I returned the item to them, sent them proof of tracking, proof of delivery back to them and they still have yet to reply and acknowledge the return and issue a refund. I sent them an email asking for instructions how to return because it was not included in the package on 4-5, again 4-11, and again on 4-13. They have a time period you have to return it back but if they do not reply timely there isn't anything a consumer can do. Finally on 4-16 they replied and I shipped it back immediately and sent them proof of tracking on 4-25. Tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXBusiness response

I don't know if this business is legitimate or not, but when customers contact them for whatever reason they give the customer my phone number, XXX-XXX-XXXX. I get countless calls and complaints about issues customers are having. And to make it worse, you (BBB) are showing my phone number on their listed page. I have filed a complaint with the BBB 2 years ago for the same issue. At the least, please remove my phone number from your website. And please do whatever you can to get Brazilian Bikini Swimsuit company to stop issuing my phone number to their customers. Thank you!Business response

Consumer Response /* (-5, 12, 2022/06/21) */ I'm not surprised. Their website has no phone number, Google their address & it's a little house. The voice mails I get are regarding the status of returns/refunds/exchanges. I also occasionally receive flurries of DHL text messages regarding shipments from Hong Kong. I don't know if it's Brazilian Bikini, or just coincidence.
