      I purchased two swimming suits through Brazilianswimmingsuits online store. It's been Sunday ******* when I contacted the company first time for a return because due to my disappointment the items were not as advertised and fitted poorly and quite impossible to even wear one bra according to the picture on the website. The quality of both items do not match the pictures appearance either. Today ******* and I have still haven't heard from them. After reading other reviews I am convinced that I won't get my money back if I don't make extra steps. I appreciate your help. Respectfully *********

      I had ordered two bikinis at two different times. The first one didn't fit well and looked much different than what we expected. We contacted them to return and the eh gave us the information. A month after we sent it to them we have yet to receive the refund or a response not the return. The second item broke within minutes of use and when we tried contacting them for a refund they have yet to respond.

      On ******* I ordered a bathing suit from Brazilian Bikini Bathing Suits. It did not fit and I attempted to return. Their policy is to return within 7 days of receipt. I contacted the email for customer service for a return authorization per the instructions in policy. There was no response and no customer service phone number on the website to call. I just want to return it and get my $42.50 back.

      I placed an order on ***** *** **** for two swimwear items. The website says it takes 7-10 business days to arrive however, I have yet to see the items ship. Based on the policy, it should be delivered to me tomorrow ***** **** I've tried to email and call this business and have not heard back from anyone. I would like to have these items expedited to my shipping address soonest possible.

      Ordered two swimsuits on ******* but was charged for and received three. One that I ordered was not the size that I ordered and is too small and the other one I didn't even order so I have been trying to return those two (and keep the other one). Their return policy on the website says you can return within 15 days but have to pay postage. There is no phone number listed but the address on their website is in **********. I have emailed them twice directly and three times through their website but I have not heard back from them. I found their phone number here on the BBB and have called them multiple times but they do not answer. I have also found many reviews that say they do not respond to emails so people are unable to do returns and even if they do respond, they ask you to mail the swimsuits back to ***** or you mail them and never get your money refunded.
