      The wig advertised had the selection of More Pepper or More Salt as the hair is a spectrum of grey. I requested the more grey but received a wig that is much more Pepper (dark). Additionally the wig density is very thin throughout the lower 4-5 inches. This wig would have to be cut, colored and styled for use. I have sent 4 emails to ***************** only to receive information about the wig on it's way for delivery. I have had no response to my specific email requesting a label to return and process my refund. I will be sure to write a review regarding this company advertising "easy return" process. I refuse to allow them to scam people by falsely advertising their products.Please know that this company does not send a receipt or packing slip. I have tried to find the order on line but cannot find any history of purchase. I have provided the *** tracking # that was on the outside of the packaging.

      I ordered a wig from Luveme Hair online. I received the wig last Thursday, June 13, 2024. I tried on the wig but the wig is too big for my head that the top line goes to the middle of my forehead and if I push it back the wig comes off. I emailed their customer service that I would like to exchange this wig for another and I would get a return to sender back. I emailed them 4 more times and it was returned to sender and I have their correct emails address. I have messaged them on their website and they tell me that someone will get to me in 24 hours and I have not received anything from them. I messaged them on their WhatsApp and at first they said someone will respond to my message and I havent received any response. I messaged them on WhatsApp again and I havent received any messages back. There is 30 day return/ refund. At first, I just wanted to exchange for another wig but now I just want my money back. I feel like they are waiting until the 30 days so I cant return this wig

      I purchased a unit from LUvMe that when inspected, I realized had bald patch areas. This is an area where there is visible evidence of your hair or scalp showing that cant be covered. My stylist told me it cant be worn in the manner they advertised that way. When sending photos and contacting the company several times requesting an exchange, they kept offering to refund me small portions of money for a wig I paid almost $300 for that cant be used. They keep asking got photos and keep telling me they cant do anything and I should have my stylist replace the sections that have patches. They refuse to resolve that this wig is defective.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have provided photos already which has been sent to you by email and WhatsApp chat already. Please see one of several messages attached. I am not satisfied with the resolution provided since I mentioned the wig was bough last year but only recently taken from the box for use. The bald spots can not be covered.

      The website says that my package was delivered but I never received it and I am not getting a response via email and there is no customer service phone number so how am I supposed to resolve this

      I thought I was ordering a wig that required no cutting. When it arrived, there was lace along the front, so I reached out by email to return the wig. They asked for a video or pictures of the wig. I sent a video, and they replied back that the lace had been cut. I was sold not only a used wig, but one that had been altered by the previous owner. Now I'm being held responsible. I'm requesting a refund.

All I am getting is no response I told them Is not as described in the picture and doesn't fit me well and I'm not happy with it the reason I want to return. I've been trying to reach someone since yesterday April 22nd on the day it was delivered. **************** reached out to me this morning by wassup 4/23rd and ask for my order number and a photo so I send it and then I get no more response. I keep getting different **************** by wassup on the same chat with everyone asking me for the same repeated things, photo of the hair etc. and still no response. Why is it difficult to reach their customer service when all I need is to return item for my refund.

      In March 2024, I made a purchase on Luvme Hair website. I purchased 3 wigs totally over $300. I only received 1 box from the company. After inspecting the contents, I was missing two wigs and a flat iron. I made several contacts via the customer service website and WhatsApp. After a few attempts, I finally received a response requesting pictures of what I actually received. I sent the requested information. I didn't hear anything for a few days. Then I received another message requesting more pictures and reason for contacting customer services. This has happened 3 times. Its like they are giving me the runaround. I just want the wigs and flat iron I rightfully paid for. *** spend a lot of money with this company in the past. This is unacceptable and I just want my money back at this time.

      I am rejecting this response because: Ive been contacted by DHL regarding the package.  It was confirmed via photo and phone call it was delivered to the wrong home.  Ive been claiming this for two months.  DHL states this information was forwarded to Luvme Hair so they can file a claim and refund my money.  I have yet to receive my money.

      Purchase a wig from Luvme Wigs and wanted to return and get a refund. Been trying to contact Luvme for days about this matter and no response and the telephone number listed is not working. So sent lots of e-mail no response. Which the policy clearly say someone would contact you back within 48 hours its been 96 hours and no response. So now Im thinking I been scam.
