    I placed an order with Luvme Hair on March 9, 2025, for 20 and 24 straight hair bundles, totaling $347.51. The package arrived on March 14. I purchased this hair specifically for an important event on April 4, but when I opened it that day, I was extremely disappointed. The hair was overly processed, too straight, did not match my texture, was very thin, and began shedding immediately out of the box. It was completely unusable.I attempted to contact the company multiple times via email and through their website, but they do not provide a phone number and have not responded. I am devastated and feel scammed out of $347.51. Im requesting a full refund and am willing to return the hair.Desired Resolution:Full refund of $347.51.Order: #*********

    LuvMe hair and I have had a relationship for quite some time now. There have really been no issues within the last year. However, I have ordered a total of FOUR "human hair wigs" from them in the last 2 months totaling over ***** dollars. Each and every one of them were sent to me damaged, hair is FRIED from them coloring it, they look like synthetic hair and NOTHING like what is advertised. I took all necessary routes in terms of products to bring them back to life and so far, NOTHING. They're all terrible units and they were for sure rushed in the production process. LuvMe has gotten over 7 emails from me regarding these issues and they have completely ignored me. I am 1000 dollars in the hole and they will not rectify their mistakes whatsoever. If this is NOT handled within the next 5 business days, I will be hiring a lawyer and suing the company. This is absolutely absurd. I don't want gift cards or any in store credit. They owe me money for ALL UNITS I listed in my emails or this will go further. PLEASE seek immediate attention to this matter. Thank you so much.

Due to an unforeseen technical issue with our VIP mailbox, emails from that particular week were not correctly processed, including yours. This resulted in a delay in our ability to address your concerns. We deeply regret this error and fully understand how you feel.

    Once we became aware of the issue, our VIP team immediately took action to resolve it, including escalating your case to senior management to expedite the process. From what we understand, your concerns have been largely addressed by our team, and we hope that a satisfactory resolution has been reached.

    I am a return customer to ******************** I have several wigs by them but the last two times I purchased the wigs were shedding over bleached and the wig caps were very small with no option on the site for a larger wig cap size. Over all this was a disappointing experience and will likely never purchase from them again.

    This company Luvme is scamming people out they money I purchased 8 wigs and not yet received any of them I've emailed them several times with no resolution. The tracking website is called track17 it says my items were delivered I've received no packages

    This company should not be in his business!! I ordered a wig at the beginning of December, its been in transit since December 11th and its now December 19th. It was supposed to be here a week ago and the company refuses to refund me or send a new wig. They keep telling me to wait a few more days, or they dont answer at all

    I placed an order with this company on December *******. Order # ************ arrived at my home on 12/11/2024. I opened the package and found the contents were damaged. I immediately took photos and contacted the consumer at the email address listed. **************************************** I have only received one response from the company. The hair is damaged and unusable. I provided photos and also contacted on ******** and they have not responded.

    November 21, 2024, I purchased one wig and two wig grips from Luvme Hair. I never tried on the wig until December 5, 2024 and found out that the wig they advertised Airfit all day wig is extremely to big even though it states that the wig fits smaller heads. I contacted company by online chat and multiple emails. The online representative never responded , I was the only one chatting, I sent emails to **** and ******, only response was from **** @ 346AM stating I have to pay a restock fee of $10, Im at the point, I really dont care, I just want a return address and, I have an address which it's the address above to send item back, but I do feel a label of return should be provided to me, but no one will respond because after 12/21/24 the 30days of return is over
