The very first time i went to join the wellness center i told them that I will not take a yearly membership because i soon will be moving to a different location and will not be able to commute from that location so I want a 2 month or three month program in which I can utilize the services as long as i am in that area. After that I joined their 3 month program fir which i paid 119 dollars upfront. After that I hired PT and I told them that I wont be doing the PT session for very long and will be moving to a different place. The last session I took for PT was on August 19 and I never went there after that.They have been deducting 140 dollars every month untill December (Total of $ ******) since then and when i noticed this transaction from them, I called them and told if in case you can refund me the money back, atleast transfer the money to other location of Chatsworth, ** Fitness 19. They first told me that they can not refund the money and can not even transfer the money after that they told we can check and let you know after New Year if we can do that or not.It is very unprofessional of them by saying no to even transfer that money so that I can utilize that money here at at different location nearby to me.
