    Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect and made to feel like I was a low class piece c*** Than I did at this dealership. I bought EV vehicle the most expensive car I have ever purchased. The website offered a deal on one but when got there they bait and switched the price, up it to ****** from sale price 56,000$. The website site negotiated an offer price and trade in. The manger accused us of making it up.slamming hands down on desk,saying who ok this!! He screams at all his crew members lines up along wall. Seriously So bad I cant even make it up! Why I didnt walk at that second worst mistake of my life! Been there all day plus spent another day negotiating on line. We made a complaint to Nissan corp which didnt do anything. We had them take off extra warranty they add on. Now stuck with car payment I cant afford way overpriced $1028.00month AND THE CAR NOT WORTH WHAT I OWE BECAUSE THEY PRICED GUAGED depreciation of car went to less then half in 8 months so order for me to trade it in I have to pay $30,000 because only want to give $22,000 for it. Why are you not holding these crooks accountable for this scam that pulling on everyone? ? Never buy a car from here again. I never had this problem before and I have had many cars.     I bought a car a 2017 ******* Elantra from them on June 5th, 2024 paid in cash and had a temporary tag for 3 months until I get the title, plates and registration. It has been 6 months and I have not seen nothing I have called the financial department in September they told me that they are working on it same month I go to the dealership I speak with ******** product specialist about my concern that I have not received any news he gets the finance advisor **** all he tells me that he will send a email to the **** checks the mailing address I confirm it with him and will get back to me never did. My dad calls the dealership on December 11th and gets the sales manager Caden on the phone he explains the reason for the long wait is because the title is still with the financer the person who owned the car before me still has the title. I'm like I need to know when I'm getting my plates, title and registration he does not give me an answer of when I will received them tells me he will not give me another temporary tag and ended the call. These workers are very lazy they do not want to do their job when it comes to getting me what I need to drive safe and have no worries about getting a ticket this is bad business practice and they give you a pointless answer over the phone, not giving me another temporary tag is a violation because they sold me a car without a title. This is how companies like this lose business because they don't want to do their jobs and very dishonest to customers poor communication skills. Makes other companies have a bad name.

    Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. We understand your frustration with the delay of your title and registration. It is not normal to take this long for us to complete the *** process. Most of our customers see this completed within 4 weeks. Title was previously held by ********************* and release to us. Unfortunately, when the paper title was released it had errors that need to be corrected by *******. ******* has been extremely slow issuing a corrected title but we have been very persistent and in constant contact with their title department. The latest update from them is that we will have correction completed by 12/24/24. I will personally follow up at that time to update. In the meantime if there's any other questions or concerns feel free to contact ***** Pacheco General Mgr.************

    I have received the registration from the dealership my dad has received the title but still no plates. On the registration it has a different plate number than the temporary tags that I have on the vehicle. The General Manager "Al" ******* has been helpful in figuring this out. Issue is still ongoing.

    Wish I could go back in time and not go to this dealership! Its been such a pain brought a used truck havent even had it for 2 months and having problems and they cant even give me an update with for it theyve had it for 2 weeks now luckily my mother has a extra car to lend me but its time to give it back how Im I suppose to get to work now crazy my service advicer cant even return my call

    This dealership have bad customer service from salesmen, receptionist, online chat room, service parts people to their managers, they also lied about how their car has been through a multipoint inspection. Upon taking the car home, the very next day, I have noticed that it was driving funny, took it in and it ended up needing an alignment, few days later, it started making brake noises, traction light and alarm sound would turn on randomly, took the car in and they were only able to repair the back tail light because it was on the due bill, but all others, they can't do anything unless I want to pay out of my own pocket, with being having the car for only 22 days and with 60 day dealership warranty, they still won't honor that for me, they also gave me a spare key which has NOT been programmed either and for me to get it programmed I'd have to pay for it? With the 60 day warranty that came with the car, I have been told over and over by their financial person ****** and service person **** that it only covers minor thing that is due to safety concern, isn't the brake noise a safety concern? I have looked at my contract and warranty, it states "The selling Dealer agrees to warrant the above described vehicle against any Mechanical or Electrical component failure". What exactly does that mean since they are refusing to fix the issues for me? This dealership has made me loose trust in human kind and especially dealerships :(

    Purchased an 84 month battery the battery is only 5 months old for about ****** plus install, went in today the wanted another ****** to test on the vehicle. If there not going to honor the warrenty period and prorate the difference to the customer what was the sense of purchasing it, not happy with the way there service department is ran they should have given us a pro-rated offer on what we paid

    Worst, dishonest, place to buy a car if you can get them to sell you one. 1st took 3hrs and many calls just to tell me if they had a car they had listed. Then tried to add ******* to the listed price. After many calls and several hours we agreed on a price and I gave ****. Deposit. They would call me in a couple of days once vehicle was inspected and detailed. I had to call days later only to find out they sold the car and had not refunded my deposit.

    This company is terrible. Lied about Warranty, and car we got was said to be in great shape. Ask them about clunking noise in back said it was a plastic piece hitting, no problems found. Found out after buying it needed sway bar bushings for the rear end. Don't do business with this car dealer. They'll say anything to sell used cars. .Called them many times never returned call. Beware

    BUYER BEWARE!! They will add SWAT GPS and Glass Coat to your purchase despite telling them over and over again you DON'T want it. We bought a used vehicle on 12/1/23 and we repeatedly told ******** and ****** we didn't want these coverages.. they added an additional $2,000 on to the amount to be financed.. When we called them, they had a rehearsed statement of why it couldn't be removed. As I go through all of these reviews on the BBB website, I see this is what they have done to many people..

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. My husband bought a truck here last week. Clovis is 2 hours from where we are, so they picked him up and took him there. They swore up and down the truck was fully inspected and ready. When he got there, the truck was filthy with spiderwebs. They insisted they would clean it before he drove it home. Once there, they upped the payment, and informed him that there would be no warranty available because it has ******* miles on the truck. We were hesitant, but he had been there ALL DAY and would have no way home, so he purchased it in good faith that they had done their due diligence inspecting it. 8 days later and the truck is broke down and in the shop costing us an additional $2,600 for the engine to be worked on! My husband tried calling to ask if they would do anything to make this right as they sold us a lemon, and we were told "That's the risk you take when buying a used car." WORST SERVICE EVER.

    This isnt the first time I had a problem with the dealership. The first time I bought a 2015 altima from them. Had it three weeks and the transmission went out. Glad I got a warranty with it. So I trusted them again on a **** camery that has ******* miles on it and it needs $4,000 worth of work. Yeah I have a warranty AND IT DID COVER NOTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. And I just got my car in June of 2023. Not very happy with them at all.
