on March 2, 2023 I was to start extensive dental treatment at this facility. I paid my portion of the charges before being brought to the treatment area. While being prepped for the procedures the dental assistant took my blood pressure and it was extremely high. The dentist suggested I see my promary care doctor before proceeding. I saw my primary doctor and they confirmed my blood pressure was high. I was by my medical doctor not to proceed with the dental treatment until my blood pressure was controlled. I contacted the cental office and informed them that my treatment was on hold until approved by my medical doctor. On or about June 1, 2023 I no longer had a vehicle and was unable to get to and from my medical appointments. I contacted the dental office explaining the situation and requested a refund. I was advised I needed to speak to the office manager. I missed her return call. I called her back about an hour later and she was gone for the day. I called back on oJune 6 and was advised she was onvacatoin until june 19. I called her back on June 22 she called me back on the 23rd stating she could not process the refund because the original card was cancelled. I lost my card late March. I suggested a check might be the appropriate resolution. She said she would have to speak to the owner and she would call me back. I called her on June 27. She said the doctor was out sick and it would be sometime next week that she might have a resolution for me. The funds have been in their posession for more than 90 days, I paid my share without incident. Services could not be completed. Any delay with processing the refund is unacceptable.

    Good afternoon Mrs. ** ** **** ,

I spoke to Guille the office manager from Archibald Ranch Dental. Guille did inform me that you did receive the check for $1,240.00 and yes you are correct the original charge was $1,700.00. However what got deducted from the $1,700.00 was $460.00 of lab fee's since they had started working on your case. The $460.00 is non refundable. Guille did mention to you that you were more than welcome to continue to finish your case which you declined. We are unable to give you any type of molds that would be an Osha violation for our office, Any patient molds or study models belong to the facility not the patient. Gulle did explain that to you and according to her you understood. We do apologize for any misunderstanding that this might cause. We always encourage our patients to make sure they read and sign any consent forms that are given to each patient. If you need further assistance regarding this matter feel free to contact us at 909-923-3640. We will be happy to clarify any questions or concerns you might have.

    Thank you.
