    This happened may 9 th had my car towed by them using triple aaa and the driver hit the gate and my car was damaged. The driver was not insured under there policy when picking up my car and they have not reached out

    We have been in contact with you from the beginning of the accident. The driver did not hit the gate of the apartment complex, the gate closed onto the driver after you waved him in. We have made multiple attempts to acquired the insurance information from the apartment complex and they refused to provide us with the information. We have provided you and the complex with all the insurance information from the beginning of the accident. The driver is insured all my drivers are insured under our insurance, the reason why the claim was denied as the insurance agents have informed you multiple times because the complex continues to refused information and they refused to release camera footage and insurance information we had to hired an attorney.

    We have been very open to you every time you called us and have provided you with all the information you requested even after your son continue to call and harassed my employees over the phone or when he came in person multiple times.

    As you were advised by the insurance agent we can't provide any more information due to an attorney being hired to obtain information from the complex.

    We have advised you of these and AAA has advised you of this as well.

    They literally left me because I booked in my mom's AAA name whose account I'm under and they didn't want to give me the 2 minutes to call AAA and put it under my actual name, even though I'm under my mom's account. The tow truck driver literally left me when I was in distress and not in a safe spot. All of the dispatch staff was super rude not understanding and they have no knowledge of EMPATHY! If you're calling for a tow it's obviously already a stressful situation you should have some tact when dealing with people! How do you treat PEOPLE AS SUCH!!!! AAA needs to stop contacting with them.

    The reason why the driver had to leave was because the person with the vehicle refused to show registration to the driver proving that the vehicle belong to the actual *** member. When the driver asked the person present for her ow membership and ID she advised the driver she did not have it with her, she advised she could get it but she had to go home(30 minute) driver there and back (60 minute round trip). Our driver cannot wait that long , most importantly my driver was unable to verify ownership or having the member present for service.

    The second time we actually help her she finally had her documents matching in order for my driver to provide the service. We are service providers for ***; *** policy states the member has to be present or the vehicle has to be registered to the member if ***********) are unable to confirm this information we do not provide service as we could be stealing someone's vehicle without their consent.

    When the member sets up the call the automated system advises them to have their *** card and ID for the driver to scan and provide service, our dispatch calls the member when the call gets assigned to us and advised the member to have the *** car and ID ready for the driver in order to provide service.

    When the driver first showed up he was doing his job to verify the member was present for service and had the proper documentation she was already advised to before the driver got to her.

    Again if the driver is unable to get the proper verification from the member we are helping we cannot provide service.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    You are flat-out lying I never said that I needed to go home. I clearly told the driver that the car was registered to my mom and I provided registration the claim was in my mom's name whose account I'm under they stated that it needed to be in my name I told them that I would call and they wouldn't even wait the 2 minutes for me to call. You instructed the driver to leave me I never said that I could go home how can I go home if my car needed a tow? That doesn't even make any sense I said that I could provide a picture of my AAA card and that I needed to just call my mom to send me the picture. In the 2 minutes it took me to call AAA and transfer over the claim into my name in which I had my ID the driver left me and I was unsafe. You already responded on ****** and acknowledge that what happened was not okay.
