    On March 8th 2023, I contacted Defined Auto Designs for a paid partnership. I was invited to the the business on March 10th 2023, where we discussed getting my car wrapped, and selected the design for my car. The business required $629 as a deposit for the partial paid partnership car wrap. I Zelled the company $629 on March 13th 2023. The business would set dates on when to bring in my car to get ir wrapped, but when the dates arrived, the business would cancel and reschedule. Thus occurred several times for five months. On August 20th 2023, I requested to have my deposit returned since the service was never provided. The company agreed to return the money via Zelle with in 3 to 5 business days. This did not happen. I contacted the business again after the 5 business days to inquire about the return of deposit. The business advised me that since they purchased the wrap, they would return the wrap to their vendor, and once the business received their money back, they would return my deposit. Again they stated 3 to 5 business days. On September 7th 2023, I contacted them once again, and let 3 to 5 business days pass. On September 14th 2023, I have not received my deposit back. On September 15th 2023, I have sent out a Demand Letter. All of our contact was through Instagram, and conversations were saved for legal purposes.

    Defined Auto Design issued *********************************** a refund via zelle September 24, 2023. Our policy states all sales are final and no refunds will be issued per our deposit contract. Due to ********* not having work performed on his vehicle we have decided to issue him the one time refund. The refund was requested in August 2023 and we contacted the distributor for product return request. ********* was notified of the return process as we received updates from the products distributor. We received funds from the refund on September 23 and processed ********** refund on September 24, 2023 via zelle. I have attached the zelle receipt as proof of refund.
