    This company is a scam. They steal your money. Placed an order for over $8K for products they said were in stock online. Found out they were not in stock and now they wont refund me the money. Its been over two months and still nothing. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

    We did business with this company for roughly 2 years. They were always late to pay, and they found several excuses as to why they could not pay on time. Then, they stopped paying altogether. They are extremely disrespectful as they don't answer text messages, calls, or emails. Overall, we did not have a great experience working with this company.

    I ordered an product over $1000 and it never shipped after weeks. I called and kept being transferred to the shipping department. 5 days later. Then I got an email stating it was on back order. I asked for a refund. It's been 2 weeks again and I have called over the last week to check my refund but nothing has deposited into my account. I have not received my refund. I called today and was told to owner is in ***** and the accountant is. Chinese and only come in 2 days a week!!! ITS A SCAM....DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

    Placed an online for $2000+ and ChefAAA immediately charged by credit card. The item was supposed to be delivered in 3 days (Midwest state) so when it didn't arrive I tried to call. No answer,,,ever !! I got concerned and decided to cancel my order via online cancellation because you can't reach a **** I received an automated e-mail on the cancellation and supposed refund, but when I called back 3 days later to check on my refund status I was told there was an "error" and that it would be reissued. I tried to call back on this supposed 2nd refund attempt, but again..no answers...ever!! I have since logged a dispute with my credit card company. I do believe California even has a statute that states online companies can't charge your card until it ships. Terrible experience! Avoid these guys at all costs!

    This company is a scam, they sell defective products and when the equipment stop working they disappear. All customers should get together and *** this company.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Purchased a BRAND NEW unit at a slight discount because of a small scratch disclosed before payment and shipping. Pictures showed the unit before shipping and communication prior to item arriving was great. The fridge that was delivered was extremely damaged on all sides and top, was missing all shelving inside but oddly arrived in a brand new box. We refused the unit and contacted the company immediately. They have refused to refund us thus far and have stopped communicating with me. ************* is a sister company to Chef AAA also.

    This company is a scam! You wont get your property I ordered a product on this site and I havent received any response from them since they took the money Ive tried reaching out to the customer service and theyre so rude ,hang up phone rings and rings when I finally got someone on the line she put me on hold and the phone hung up when I called back it went straight to voicemail someone should shut this place down because theyre stealing the customers money and from all the bad reviews I see now it was a big mistake dealing with this scam. very upset I dont want anyone to go through what I went through **************** low standards and terrible business ethics dont I repeat dont do any business with this company!!!!!     June 20, 2023. I ordered a dipping cabinet for a water ice venture for my late 14 year old son scholarship fund for his friends. I ordered the dipping cabinet from *********** pay $3059 for a freezer I never received. I have called the company more than 100 times every time I call I get put on hold and no one never calls me back this truck was for a scholarship fun for my sons friends just letting you know they dont give a **** about you they will steal your money. Do not do business with this company. I did not want to give them any stars, but I had to give them one to post this. Beware of AAA, chef, and *********.

    STAY AWAY ..... NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Classic bait and switch with a product advertised well below pricing of other vendors (which should have been our clue to stay way). Immediately after ordering the refrigeration unit (and having our credit card charged $4K+), we receive an email that the item is at least 12+ weeks on backlog (when it is readily available from other reputable vendors). The Chef AAA sales rep then offers us other inferior products, none of which we want and we request a refund which we are still waiting for. We have reported this to our credit card company to help get our money back.
