      On 12/8/2023 order #: ****** was placed for 3 pairs of stacked jeans in the total of $177.39.The order was received, but all items were too small. I requested a return and was provided return label. My return was confirmed received by Rockstar Original on 01/04/2024 and a store credit was supposed to be received in 3-5 days. Between 01/11/24 and 01/15/24, I reached out to Rockstar Original via email ***************************************** and left several voicemails on phone #: ************ to advise that I had not received my store credit, but I never received a response. On 01/18/2024, I completed a dispute claim my bank which provided me with a temporary refund pending the outcome of the claim. Later that day, I received an email from Rockstar stating, "We apologize for the delay in processing your return. Be assured that your store credit has already been issued. Please check for a confirmation email we sent earlier this week or log into your account. If you have any other questions, please email customer service at *************************************** or call us at ************". I checked for said email and it was not recieved and I logged into my account and there is no reflection of a store credit.On 03/1/2024, my bank dispute claim was closed, and the refund reversed. The bank stated that Rockstar Original stated that they are willing to resolve the dispute directly with me if I contacted them directly.I have emailed and left messages since then and still have not received a response from the company to resolve the issue of me not receiving a store credit to date.At this time, due to the lack of response, I am seeking the Rockstar Original provide a refund back to my **** card for the full amount of $177.39 as I am no longer interested in duing business with them.

      I placed this order from Rockstar. Checked the delivery date and it stated my package was delivered on Nov 16, 2023. I work from home so I went to the door to receive my package. When I opened the door there was no package at my door or near my home. I immediately called Rockstar to inform them that my package was not received but it stated it was delivered. The phone rep. ******** was very rude and stated that she needed to call the vendor. She then stated that the vendor said the package was delivered. I asked did they take a picture of the home or porch. She said you have to contact them for that. I informed her that the vendor is their client not mines. I immediately contacted my bank for a credit. The bank gave me a provisional credit but **** didn't return the payment because Rockstar provided a tracking number. I never disputed the tracking number, I disputed receiving the merchandise. My bank informed me to contact BBB for assistance.

      On 2-26-24 my child ordered from Rockstar he never received an order number or email confirmation of the purchase but his bank card was debited for the $488.94 total. We tried to contact Rockstar the contact number shown no one answers it eventually transfers you to leave a message and no one calls back.

      So I placed an online order on 12/30/2023 in the amount of $103. I ordered a puffer jacket and a T-shirt for my son as a gift. As of 3/06/2024 I have not received the items or a refund of my money. I reached out to customer service several times and they informed me that my package was lost per carriers say. They claimed that since I didnt purchase carries insurance (which I didnt know I needed for items that I was purchasing ) that they would have to file a claim with the carrier in order to issue me a refund. I contacted them on January 18,2024 for a refund and Rockstar Original stated they would start a claim with the carrier. I contacted them again on February 21,2024 and Rockstart Original stated they would reach back out to the carrier for an update. It is now March 5,2024 and I still have not heard from Rockstar Original about an update from the carrier or a refund being issued.

      My son placed an order online 2/26/2024 and never received order confirmation however his cash app was charged $31.31. I have reached out to cash app to get a refund but was told to reach out to rockstar original. I have sent several emails and left a voicemail and have not received a call back.

      Purchased 3 pairs of pants on Dec 23 2023 for $176.00 from Rockstar.Merchandise never came.. Tried to contact them daily for over almost 2 months. Nothing more then automated emails an voicemail servies. Rockstar said once packages leave them there not responsible. The shipping company say Rockstar has the merchandise. Rockstar has yet to send me merchandise contact me anything. I have requested a refund 3 times thats been denied from Rockstar. On top of all that they have now cancelled the order from their side with no refund or merchandise so they just took my money. I am a small business owner myself and nothing about that business is ok.

      On 2/7/24 I made the purchase. On 2/15 the items was supposed to have been delivered however it never arrived. I reached out to the shipper and the company to explain that the picture took as proof of delivery was not my home. But the company is refusing to open an investigation with the shipping company,
