I place an order with Rockstar Original on November 2024, (please see the attached photos of the order) I placed the order during the Black Friday sale for a Christmas gift, upon opening the Christmas gift we realize the pants were extremely large. I contacted the customer service team for ********************** they informed me that it was past the returned date, I explain to customer service representative that this was a Christmas gift, I was then told that I could return the items (pay the shipping cost) for store credit per customer service agent ***** *. (See attached email.) I returned the items and I have yet to receive store credit or my items returned back to me. I have requested numerous times that my items be returned if they are not going to honor what representative ***** *. instructed me do to receive store credit. I have not heard back from anyone dispite my numerous emails, they continue to disregard emails with my request. I would like to receive my items back that I sent to them for store credit, or store credit. I don't believe it's fair or within my rights that they keep my returned items and the money that I paid for the items. Also please be advised that this isn't an isolated incident this happens frequently with this company. I will not use them again after this resolution. Thank youInitial Complaint

I placed a large order and paid for over night shipping and paid extra to skip the line and process my order faster as well. That was on thursday 02/20/25. I did not receive my order until Monday 02/24/25. I sent multiple emails and attemped to call numerous times. I end up on hold for a long time and then the line disconnects each and every time. Someone started replying to my email when i was asking about why the order was taking longer than expected and then said they are forwarding me to the right department for my shipping refund and after that, they stopped responding. I am filing this complaint against Rockstar Games for their refusal to assist me in unlinking my Steam account from an inaccessible Rockstar account, despite my providing proof of ownership of my Steam account and the purchased Rockstar games.Details:I lost access to my Rockstar account due to an email issue, and I have been unable to recover it. While I take responsibility for losing access, I have repeatedly provided Rockstar with all necessary proof of my Steam account ownership, including purchase history. I am only asking for my Steam account to be unlinked from the inaccessible Rockstar account so I can use my purchased games with a new account.However, ********************** Support has shown a lack of empathy and assistance, treating me as though I am a criminal or fraudster despite my legitimate request. My order has been showing in **************, ** since 1/5/25. Spoke with **** today 2/5/25 to track the whereabouts of my package, and was told Rockstar Original created a label but never delivered the goods to **** to be mailed. **** is still waiting to receive the package for shipment.Initial Complaint

I've been waiting 2 months for an order. The first month they say it got lost in delivery. So they issued a store credit then I ordered again now it's been another month. They don't answer the phone. On November 11, 2024, I ordered four pairs of pants from Rockstar Original. After receiving the merchandise, I returned two pairs because they were too large. Despite following the return process, I have not received any confirmation that my returned items were received, nor have I been issued store credit or a refund.On December 9, 2024, I contacted customer service and received an email outlining their processing timeline. However, they have failed to meet this timeline. I followed up again via email on December 26, 2024, but I have not received any response.Upon reviewing Rockstar Original's Instagram page, I discovered several other customers reporting similar issues. Many have shared experiences of unresponsive customer service, delayed refunds or credits, and unresolved orders. It appears that this lack of accountability and poor business practices is a recurring problem.I am requesting the Better Business Bureau to investigate Rockstar Original's customer service practices and take appropriate action. Specifically, I am seeking:A full refund for the two returned items.Accountability from Rockstar Original to prevent other customers from facing similar issues.Thank you for addressing this matter. Order #******* December 20, 2024 07:07AM I ordered Christmas gifts from this company and never received the items I paid for. I have sent numerous emails and have also called this company no response at all. I called *** to open a claim to the missing items and still no response for Rockstar original. *** said I will have to get in contact with the shipper to issue out an refund since they closed the claim case and sent the refund to Rockstar Original. They said Rockstar Original will have to issue me out my refund for the items I never received. Still to this day I have been calling and emailing Rockstar Original and still no response as to where my refund is or if they will resend the order. It's been radio silence from them. When I reviewed this company it's so many complaints from so many people stating the same complaints as me. I believe this company is scamming people out of their hard earned money and it's not fair. I just want my money back that is it. I paid ****** and that is also including the shipping insurance protection package.Initial Complaint

This items were purchased as a Christmas present. Once Christmas arrived and the person was unable to fix the product. Your window to exchange Christmas presents is very small, especially if we would like to ensure that presents arrival before Christmas or we do early Christmas shopping. All I am asking for is the ability to get a different size. You already do not provided any type of payment refund the most you could do is allow for size exchange especially during the holidays. I virtual purchased two gift cards from the company online on 12/22/24 and never received them. Ive called the company at least 20 times but no answer. Ive sent several emails and received one response which was very deceptive. As of today 1/9/25, I have not received the gift cards nor a refund.
