      Hello,I got an email that stated $1.99 for 18-ct eggs from 5/17-5/23 but when I went to the *******, ** store on 5/17 they had 18-ct eggs but for $2.99. I asked an employee who went to the back to get a manager (I assume) who then told me "That is for the 12ct" and when I showed the page on my phone stating the $1.99 for 18-ct he said, "I will double check." I went back today (5/20) and they had the 12ct eggs marked at $1.99 and the 18-ct was still $2.99. The 12ct scanned at the register for $1.79ea which is still incorrect. I think there was a mixup with that store. I have attached the receipt and the deal drop screenshot.Thanks,*****

      This business charges everything 1 cent more than the price listed. Example If something cost .69 cent it rings up for .70 cent.If something cost 1.99 it rings up **** And so on and so on, and then it charges taxes at the end.!This is illegal. Would someone please contact me.

      4/28/23 ****pm. Cashier Alexander.15 items bought. I questioned the cashier because I was being charged taxes on food. There not fast food or prepared foods. He told me that what there store does. Also I let him know it's faults advertising . The 99cents store only is not true. Only three items I bought were .99 cents.All the rest were $1.99 an more. My bill was $29.60 pluss tax of .60 cents total of $30.20. Plus the name of the store is "99 cents store only!" That is false advertisement. I know that's illegal.       3/15/2023$28.13 store#****, Duncanville, The manager and older black woman, short, loud and rude. I was trying to put my items on the conveyor and I asked her for the divider She was talking to 5he associate *******, which she too was rude to me, when I asked her the old woman she told me as soon as I'm done I'll do it ( she wasn't purchasing shecwas talking) she had 2 items so I excused myself and got the divider, She said was rude for getting it! I said for being management you are rude! She said baby are you ok I said I am not baby and I'm fine she went on to say " I just say baby and I'm blessed and she she kept talking I ignored her because she was embarrassing me in front of 2 other black customers that were talking about me. I didn't want ********* anything so kept quiet. When the cashier checked my items she didn't acknowledge me and proceeded checking, I asked for double bags and she turned up her mouth/ lips in a disgusting way. I paid she didn't say thank you And I left.I have delt with the older woman and she's always rude! I will Not go back she's a bad REPRESANTATION Of the company!       I bought 4 items of PRODUCE at .99 cents so my total should be $3.96, but the receipt shows total of $4.00, the cashier refused to give me my change back. Receipt ****** says each item is .99 cents but total is rounded off to $4.00.Can you assist with this complaint?

      I have filed before this store continues to put product on shelves with prices that don't match ur receipt. If I don't pay attention while ringing me up or look at receipt I don't catch errors of being overcharged they pay for my time to look at receipts there job to get prices right I have over 15 in retail with a local grocery store and I know this against ca. Law. Today i tried to buy some foil for the store it was intheevery front of store not only did I show cashier but the manager on duty although the store was busy and tried to explain the cashier refused to let have foil thentoldmanager she charged me for it looked in bag and wasn't there so instead of making more trouble count as a loss but tried of going in that store and being overcharged they told me the girl checkr name was **** she had/has no experience I customer service she should be written up or fired they say she talked to me out of total disrespect if I didn't have all of my experience in retail I would not be suggesting this, very bad for store.

      I have reached out to this business in regards to the false title of their store as 99 cents only.Their smug reply was that I have the chance at the register not to pay? Why would I hold up a whole line.Today I visited two stores. One in Mira **** ** and one in Clairemont **** ** and was overcharged at each store.At Mira **** I bought two loaves of raisin bread as they were in a cart at 50% off of the usual 1.99 price. The cashier took 50 cents off she was fine with that until I insisted she follow the sale. She ultimately corrected her error At the Clairemont **** store they have Tropicana Twister juice clearly priced at .99 cents. I was going to purchase two. When I got to the register I was charged **** for each and refused to buy them. The cashier said she would go to check the price. She lied to me as the juice was in my direct site in the store and she never went there. On the way out of the store I stopped the manager and told her what happened. She also tried to tell me I was wrong. When I showed her the two open spots where I had removed the juices, she did agree they were .99 on my way back out of the store she then lied to the manager saying she checked.I will stop my trips here unless my family insists they need something.I will shop at Dollar Tree where everything in the store is **** which is acceptable and also their products are not off shore imports.

      Yesterday at the same Clairemont Mesa location I noted an upset customer at the check out being charged ************************ for blueberries clearly marked with a white sign that indicated the price of 1.49

      He ultimately did get the price only after the manager intervened.

      I don't believe there is a single human who should have to fight for the right price.

      It seems like the stockers do not correctly align products with an accurate price and no one cares

      This incident happened on 12/20/2022 places like the ****** store should have public restrooms. i was shopping on this day and my child needed to use the restroom and i was also doing to some shopping but i could no longer do shopping since they had "no Public Restroom" but the restroom is clearly marked as the restroom no signs on doors or the restroom stating it was for employees only restrooms i have been in there restrooms before so this is new. no door in front of restroom stating employee's only. they have just locked the doors with a code box i think they should have restroom especially if your shopping with kids as i am constantly

      My husband went to the location on *********************** in **** **. He purchased ground turkey and pork chops and it doesn't look good. We tried the ground turkey and it made ** sick and we paid $ ***** dollars. We don't trust the pork chops. We still have it in our freezer. We don't want to get sick on it. We just want our money back. My husband doesn't really want to go back because I called to talk to a manager and she was rude to me. And didn't want to really help me. And I noticed when my husband goes in there they take his pack back and they are not nice .we tried to return a skillet and they would not return it all. We just want our money back. We are recovering from covid and we are on oxygen. We are a disabled couple. We are on social security disability. Resolution, we want our money back. And not a coupon or gift card. Thank you.

      I went to your store in ********* on Sunday May 9 at 1 pm. and after spending about 20 minutes to get all of groceries, I went to check out, stood about 5 minutes for a long line and when I went to the register to check out my items. I saw that she was over charging me for 4 packs of bacon that we priced $1.99 in the fridge and each one of them has a 50% sticker off. Cashier scanned for $ **** and she said I don't know, so I offered to show her the sign on the fridge and she agreed and went with me, she saw the sign apologized and said that the change the price. until them is ok (mistakes happen)When we went back to the register another lady came by and said the is MOD and was upset and said no this is the price, we told her what happened but she she still didn't agree and kept saying this is the price, finally she said let me show you what is sign for (again although your employee already saw the sign and agree that it was over priced) we went back with manager, and after the saw the
