This company updated on April 19, 2025 that my package was out for delivery. I was home all day and as of today April 21. I received notice that there was a fail to deliver due to an issue with my address. There are no issues with my address that I entered with them nor did they even attempt to deliver my package. I have no way to contact customer service to get this issue resolved. Thishas happened to me on more than one occasion with this company.Initial Complaint

I bought my package on April 11th. It came quickly to the ************* on April 15th. However, since then my package has been stuck in the transit facility for about a week now and that was never normal with ordering *****. I did some research and I still do not know got to resolve my issue. I need my package I bought valuable items and I was guaranteed my package would come this weekend but it still is processing in transit facility. How long does it take to process? I have been waiting 10 days now for my package and I cant wait any longer. I need my package I do not want to get scammed.Initial Complaint

Speed X LITERALLY delivered my $252.90 order containing 30 different items to a completely different address. I have enclosed a picture of where speed X actually deliver the items. As the picture their carrier took reflex they delivered the 30 items to a beige hallway where there is indoor mailboxes. I have enclosed photographs of my actual hallway and where our mailbox are located. My hallways are a bright blue and the buildings mailboxes are outdoors!Initial Complaint

I ordered items that were to be delivered between 4/8-4/14 and they are still not here. The company says delivery was attempted on 4/13 but they could not access the location due to weather/inaccessible, which are both false. I ordered four items from tik top shop, they informed me the items were being delivered by SpeedX. Upon going to the site they informed me the package would be delivered 4/19/2025,I provided the gate code information more than five times as I live in a secure complex. It was never updated because the site said the delivery was attempted but it wasnt, so today I stayed up all day waiting outside for them to deliver my items and I check the site again it says attempted to deliver when they didnt do that either. I just want my package,I have tried calling but the number doesnt work, there isnt a chat option either. The only option is to submit a request which I have done multiple times. I would like to be able to pick up my package somewhere instead if that can be an option. Im very upset with this company as they have no way of letting someone contact them.Initial Complaint

*** ordered a package from *****. Ive never had problems with delivery, they usually use **** But this time, they used a company called speedX. Which ive never heard of. I looked it up, it had many bad reviews so I knew i was in trouble. It said out for delivery, then It kept sending messages saying failed delivery attempt. I have a ring camera, Nobody has EVER came to the door ONCE to deliver anything. I asked the company, they said due to a thunder storm. Which Is understandable, so after the storm it AGAIN said multiple failed deliveries and still never came. So, Now its saying they returned the packages to The distribution center. I ordered my package with EXPRESS SHIPPING because i needed it by a certain date. Now, Im scared i wont even get my package at all. I would love for my package to get delivered ASAP, or even shipped with a different delivery company. I do NOT want my package returned back to *****!Initial Complaint

Order from ***** delivery from speedx, From what I understand they have lost many packages. I ordered April 5! Estimated to be delivered by April 17 got delayed!!! And was going to come 3 days later!!!! On April 19 its out for delivery. Never gotten the package and its the next day!!! I need my package. Ive order a package from ***** and the delivery company SpeedX is suppose to be delivering my clothes. I provided my address and apartment number . It was suppose to arrive today and has not . ?I placed an order with *****, and they notified me that my packages would be delivered through SpeedX. However, SpeedX has failed to deliver them and continues to mark the packages as undeliverable, despite the fact that I have provided clear instructions on how to access my apartment complex. My packages are incredibly late.
