      I would not even give them one star, but the system makes you! They deserve negative stars! I paid a $140 non-refundable fee for a technician to come out and service the ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator, which is just over two years old. The technician was at my residence for less than five minutes. He came in, opened my refrigerator, did not even take the ice maker tray out, and closed the fridge. He stated, "It's junk, and you should buy a countertop ice maker." This is infuriating as that was not the service I was paying for. HE DID NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! CAN'T EVEN GET A MANAGER TO CALL BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISPICABLE!!!!!!!!!! SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO RUN A BUSINESS THIS WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Terrible Company Service. Did not show up for appointment to perform a Warranty Repair on my Samsung Dryer. When I called they told me the technician closed the service ticket out.Samsung re issued my ticket and Service Quick sent another tech out and did the diagnosis. He ordered parts and set my appointment for a week later on Monday. I was out of town and SQ called me 4 days before appointment. I was camp*** out of cell service. SQ closed my ticket because I could not answer. Monday came. No technician was dispatched. Had to call Samsung AGAIN. SQ then sent a different tech to my home today. he turned my dryer on and says. Sounds normal to me. I told him the dryer must get hot and the previous tech clearly hear the metallic clang***. I played a video/audio off my phone to him. He says that's not that loud. I said hey man put the part on my dryer that were ordered. He then says. you dryer is not level. Started shak*** it and pulled it off of the rubber noise isolators. He then says I'm not go*** to work on it and walked out my door. I called him a F *** idiot and filed a complaint with SAMSUNG. This company is incompetent and has the most rude employees I have ever experienced. No wonder they have so many bad reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

      Extremely Poor Service and Unprofessional Customer Support I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received for my scheduled Samsung TV repair. The experience was unprofessional and frustrating for several reasons:Confirmation Call and Miscommunication:The day before the appointment, I received a confirmation call during which I specifically requested a technician to come after 4:30 PM due to my work schedule. The representative assured me that a note would be placed for the technician. At no point during this call was I informed that specific times could not be guaranteed.Technician Arrived Outside Requested Time:Despite the confirmation, the technician arrived at 1:30 PM without prior notice or a courtesy call, as promised.Lack of Communication and Support:When I explained the situation to the technician, I was directed to contact the office. However, the office never contacted me, and I had to call them myself.Inflexible Rescheduling:Instead of accommodating the agreed-upon time, I was told I would need to reschedule the appointment, which would take another week. Additionally, I was informed that specific times still could not be guaranteed.Unacceptable Resolution:The only "solution" offered was to return the item to Samsung, which is completely unacceptable and does not resolve the issue.This entire experience reflects a lack of professionalism, communication, and customer **********************. I will be reporting this incident to Samsung and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to highlight this unacceptable service.I hope this feedback prompts immediate improvements in your scheduling processes and customer support.

      Service Quick came out to fix a very small leak from our 3 month old Samsung dishwasher. The first time a tech came out he was not able to fix leak, actually made it worse and broke the door. The second time he, brought a new door and thought the leak was fixed but it started leaking after he left. The 3rd and 4th times the leak was still not fixed. The 5th time it was still not fixed and the tech broke the door again. After weeks, we got a refund for the dishwasher from Samsung. Unfortunately, the leaking caused a lot of damage. We needed water and mold remediation and our floors replaced. We used our HOI which covered some but not all of our expenses. Our OOP loss will be $3500-$4000. If service quick had fixed the leak by the second attempt, we would not have any of the above problems. Also, the techs do not call until the day of the service between ***** which makes it difficult to work.

      Horrendous experience. Scheduling process was fine/easy. Technician arrived on time. He seemed surprised/didn't quite understand the issue (oven heats up, but does not stay at temp). I left the room for 10 minutes or so -- when i returned he was cleaning up and said he was leaving, I asked if it was fixed... he said he didn't know, but he said he replaced the "igniter." So i asked him to stay while we turned on the oven to see if it would retain the temp.... He said no. He had a busy day and said -- "that is not how this is going to work." and he left. AND I still have the exact same problem with my oven. Complete waste of time. Am waiting for a phone call back from Service Quick, nothing yet.

      they are a complete scam they came to my house pretended to do work on my refrigerator it worked for all of two days they said they fixed the issue then they came back out to my house then they deemed my refrigerator was unfixable which i asked for a refund i just gave them almost ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ tooth and nail over work they didn't complete and by the way another company came out and fixed the issue and its been working ever since and the part they supposedly put on it they never did.

      On July 19th 2024 I called Samsung service number and they directed me to this company Service quick. Well I paid $140 up front to wait 2 weeks for a guy to come take a picture of the back of my TV. I told him that I could of text or emailed that picture to them myself. Come to find out I talked toa guy named ****** that said they cannot get the cooling fan for my Samsung curved TV. I was then promised my $140 returned to my form of payment, I still have not got my money back. I still been calling ****** and he is lost on it! Keeps telling me he will call me right back but never does, I have to keep calling him but again he has no answers. ???????? Not a good business,not knowledgeable, confused personal that been giving me thee run around for months now!!! Never again and I want my money back that I never received anythingfor!!!!!!!! ???????? 9/15/24

      Service Quick came out to repair my Samsung Gas Cooktop. The service guy dropped the cooktop and broke my brand new granite countertop. I filed a claim and they told me they did not believe the service tech did it, even though I AND he had before and after pictures. So I had to pay several thousand dollars to replace my countertop. I sued them, but the company is in ********** and they just ignored my suit. I received a judgement against them and they refuse to pay. This has gone beyond ridiculous and outright criminal.Do NOT buy their extended warranty and for sure do NOT let them into your home.

      Absolutely awful. My grandmother was in need of a repair for her washing machine. Had a Samsung certified business come out, who diagnosed the issue, but was unable to fix it, because they said it was put together incorrectly, and they couldn't open up the machine to replace the parts. Samsung told me they'd have one of their technicians come out, to confirm, and if it was indeed faulty, they'd replace it. So, they send this outfit, Service quick, which i believe is an extension of Samsung? The techs get out of the van, and immediately say, "We are sorry about the inconvenience, but we are unable to perform any work today, as the parts haven't arrived." What parts? This is the first time they came out to diagnose. I proceed to show the techs the notes from the prior company, and showed them how they said the machine was locked up. The tech continued to spin the washer manually 4 times, and said, "There is something else going on with it." That was the "diagnosis. The entire point of this visit, was for them to come out, and CONFIRM, that yes indeed, the unit is locked up. The technicians didn't even bring a screwdriver into the house. They charged my Grandmother $140, for NOTHING. They even ordered parts prior to coming out, without diagnosing, based on what I said when I originally called in. Fraud. I will be spreading the word about Samsung and this outfit.
