            I purchased a front rim from the company for my motorcycle. I had to send it back because it needed to much custom work to make it fit. Contacted customer service to send it back, I talked to One of the **** named ***** he told me ship the wheel back for a refund. Now it's been weeks later with no refund. I'd try numerous times to contact and resolve this issue. Every time I'm put on hold then it goes to voicemail or they're on lunch or break.

            stay away from this place very bad customer service want to buy a trike kit e mailed them asking if brake ************ where included ******** told me no asked where i could purchase them she said brake lines threw summit auto,,ok fine but what am i looking for asked again about brake pads got this rude email,,,Hi, Either you have spoken or messaged too many companies because I personally have spoken to you and told you that we do carry the brake pads but Not the brake lines so that is indeed getting straight to you because sir *** called me!!!!!! I also let you know just like I let All of the other customers know where they can purchase the brake lines because we do not carry and choose not to carry them at this time Because we do a choice just as well as you Do of not buying our product. If you have no other questions or concerns then you have a mighty fine and I wish you luck on finding what you are looking for.this is not how you treat someone thats going to drop 3000 dollars on your protuct
