1 starDidn't even receive product yet and nothing but issues. First, website states free shipping, but me being in the **** I had to pay *** $61.00 brokerage fee for customs. When trying to contact company about this nothing but crickets. I had no choice but to pay for it being a custom brace there are no returns or I would have just cancelled order. Please don't waste your money with this company. They state there is a 30 day refund policy, but there definitely is NOT. They are preying on people who are desperate to help their dogs who are in pain. I tried on the brace, it didn't fit, so I took tape to it and made sure there were no dog hairs on it, and sent it back along with another UNOPENED package with a different, more expensive brace in it. They sent back an email stating that they couldn't refund due to a dog hair on the original brace. So, I disputed through Amex. They told **** they never received the items back.I sent them all back in one package so if they got the one with the 'dog hair' on it (didn't even look like my dogs hair, tbh) then they received the other brace as well. I WILL get my money back and I WILL make sure that anyone/everyone who asks me about this company knows that they are not honest brokers. I don't know how they sleep at night, tbh. Terrible customer service when returning product!! Had 5 people look at the return product with a magnifying glass and returned the dog knee brace and they stated they found 1 hair on it and would not return or refund my $100.00 purchase price!! This is after tailwinds having it for over 2 months with no contact until I asked them where it was since it was delivered 2 months ago.Tailwind Pets

My dog had a cruciated ligament tear. The second we walked in my dog loved these workers so much all the way to the very end. She didnt want leave them whatsoever that she cried. These guys were loving and very sensitive to my dog. The workers got from my dog a special caring in her heart, that when I brought my dog back in just for a visit with them i did. My dog gave them an automatic attention I dont even get from her.Tailwind Pets

This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered a $100 brace for my GSD. I got it and it was a pathetic piece of nylon and velcro straps. It was pathetic I put it on and instantly removed it in disgust. What a joke. Their return policy states that it cannot have any hair or odor. Being a German Shepherd they have unbelievably fine hair for an undercoat. I removed all that I could whilst trying not to destroy the instantly unraveling velcro. After 3 weeks they have denied my return and are keeping my money? What? There was a second item that was not even opened, no mention of even refunding that. I have never seen anything like this in my 54 years. I am not done with them and I seriously want to warn anyone thinking of purchasing through them. ******************* I will be reporting them in writing, phone , letter , lawyer . Whatever it takes. They also are not returning it. I told them to return it and I will take a magnifying glass and a microscope to remove any hair and return it for my refund. This is long from overTailwind Pets

I purchased a $170.00 leg brace for my Pit w a Torn ACL. She ended up getting urgent surgery so I cancelled the brace. I was told by ***** in customer service to refuse the package which I did. They offered me a $70. refund and $100.00 credit. I don't need a brace. I never opened the package and it was sent back in their original packaging. It has been extremely difficult dealing w this company. They only communication is thru email I have also contacted my CC Company to file a claime. I have found this company to be very difficult to deal with. Their sizes do not seem to match. Had to send back items multiple times and then a mix and match between small and medium for my dog a miniature Australian shepherd.When I return items for refund after trying it on my dog and finding it doesnt fit, if one strand of hair for my dog is on the item they immediately charge you a 50% fee and dont give you the full refund. Also the metal price if you send that back because it didnt fit, they dont give you a full refund they give you only 50%. additionally when I sent them an item and the tracking information says that they received the item signed for and went to the warehouse for refund they tell me they cant find the item and therefore they wont offer me a full refund but theyll offer me a 50% refund . So I agree this company is a scam and I would not deal with them. Id look for more reputable company. To date, I have yet to receive a full refund for the item that was returned to them and signed as received by theirTailwind Pets
