Not impressed by any means. I would like to start this by saying Im still in contract with this company but feel its important to post this now as when I signed my contract with them in February there were no negative reviews. As I mentioned I signed the contract in February on the guarantee that the kitchen and fireplace remodel would be completed before August 12th which is my daughters due date. At this point they still do not have a permit. The first two months ***** went to ****** and nothing was completed on my project but of course he said that they ordered rough materials and needed a payment of $11,500. First off a payment for that was not in the payment schedule and second they had not completed any drawings, how could he have ordered materials when he doesnt know what he is building. Then he said I owed him payment for completing the drawings When I asked for them he sent an electrical plan that was generic. No floor plan, no engineering, no dimensions ***** is good at lying to you to string you along. At this point drawings still are not complete. The electrical is not ******************** are still incorrect for windows and walls which almost cost thousands in ordering cabinets incorrectly and no mention of the fireplace. He told me submitted to the county for permit but they had no record of it. Then submitted without a business license, then in July for a like for like kitchen permit. That takes 3-5 days but we are removing walls, relocating plumbing/ electrical/ window and the fireplace. That sat for a month in the county denied due to no follow up. I would love nothing more then to cancel this contract with a refund as he completed nothing in entirety. ***** has the gift of gab and will promise the world but has not come close to hitting a single date given. Im in the construction industry so I get that there are delays but there has been a shady feeling for a while now and after reading the reviews that are popping up I feel its confirmed
