      I placed an order for a ultimate deluxe adventure motorcycle tool kit back on July 3, 2021.Months after not receiving my motorcycle toolkit I called to find out what was going on and spoke with an employee over the phone the employee over the phone who stated that they were delayed in getting some parts for the toolkit due to COVID.I proceeded to wait another few months still no product.Called them back and after numerous attempts by phone I finally got in touch with them and they said there were still waiting on the parts for the kit which were delayed.So much time had passed that I ended up selling the motorcycle for which I purchased a toolkit and I called them back to request a refund. Again after numerous attempts over months to contact them by phone I eventually spoke with a representative. They said they could get me an alternative kit for my new motorcycle. I agreed to that.Unfortunately, I never received the product.I called numerous times since my last contact with them over the past 2 years and their phone goes to voicemail. They state on their voicemail they only answer their phone questions on Saturday and Sunday. I have called them on Saturday and Sundays but again it goes to voicemail and you can leave a message but they never call back.I would like a full refund for the product I paid for and yet have never received despite being incredibly patient over the past 3 years.

      I made on-line purchases with Adventure Designs on August 3, 2023 (Order# *****, $489.98 and on December 1, 2022 (Order *****, $214.98). To date, I have not received my purchased items. This is despite e-mail inquiries and numerous telephone calls. The latter are received by a recorded message saying the voice mail is full.I have dealt with this company before, and they have been slow often, as merchandise was "drop-shipped" without previous problem. They are now non-communicative. I am uncertain if the business is still operational.

      I ordered a pair of handle grips (called GripBuddies) on 08/26/2023 for my motorcycle from Adventures Designs (****************************************) online store. I immediately received an email confirmation for my $46.23 order. After several months I realized I'd not received them. I have since made several attempts to contact them via their "Contact Us" function on their website and have left several messages via the phone# ************** listed on their website. I have not received my item or any response to my many contact attempts. I also tried to challenge the charge with my bank only to be told that too much time had passed. Any help you can offer would be much appreciated. I would accept a refund or delivery. Any help you could offer would be most helpful.       On 10/14/2023 I ordered handle bar grips from Adventure Designs, for which I paid $29.95, plus $10.65 shipping, for a total of $40.60, which I paid for with a debit card. I have not received the product and have attempted to contact the company numerous times with no results. Phone calls to them state that their message box is full. I have e-mailed them 3 times with no results. They leave me no recourse but to try another route.......you folks. I would like the grips that I ordered or a refund. The order # is 67120.I don't know if this company has gone out of business or just has very poor customer service.

      Ordered a tool kit from this business in March of 2022. It is now January ****, coming up on our two year anniversary. Ive called so many times and sent countless emails. When I have reached someone they tell me that its shipping this week. I actually forget about it except I recently sold the motorcycle that I bought this kit for. Not sure whats going on there. I have to go to near their location for work next month and planning to stop by in person to discuss with them.

      Placed on-line order 12/3/2023 (Order number *****). Order was to be shipped. Received a confirmation email immediately indicating shipping tracking information would be emailed, but no email arrived. 12/20/2023 called the business asking about the order. They said all inquiries must be submitted via email. We sent an email and there has been no response. Called the business again today and were routed to a full voicemail box. We have subsequently researched the company and found this experience is not uncommon, including BBB complaints.We have contacted our credit card company and have submitted a dispute of the charge for the purchase.

      I ordered motorcycle supplies from this company in August 2023. Based on their representation the items were in stock, I paid for express shipping. The items never arrived. I have called and emailed numerous times without a response. They appear to have simply stolen my money.

      I ordered a tool kit from Adventure designs in July of 2022. I was told when I spoke with one of the owners that they were having supply chain issues and that the parts for the tool kits were on their way and would be delivered shortly. I ended up speaking with one of the owners several times over the next few months, each time I was assured that the parts were coming in and my order would go out in the next few days. At some point, I believe in 2023 the business stopped answering the phone and hasnt returned any of the messages Ive left. I spent over $350 on this tool kit. I tried getting this resolved through my bank, but they stated that since this wasnt a billing error they couldnt do anything. Ive read business reviews for Adventure Designs on ****** and Yelp and it appears that there are a lot of people experiencing the same thing Im going through. I continue to call and leave messages asking for a refund or for them to ship the tool kit. Im really hoping that you are able to help me resolve things with this company. Ive done my best to be understanding and gracious as this appears to be a family owned business that might be having a tough time coming out of *****, however I just want to be made whole.

      Placed an order over the e-commerce site; AdventureDesigns.My card was charged, and then items were never shipped or updated.All attempts to contact have failed and messages are not returned from the business.Reviews and forums indicate the business might be insolvent but AdventureDesigns keeps the commerce site up taking orders and taking money and not shipping any products.

      ordered product called beemerbuddies handgrip wraps July 17 .My account was charged right away. Made 3 pone inquiry's and 2 emails and have yet to get any answer and also no follow up. Got order confirmation and that was all. out $72.00
