I made an order May 21, 2023. Today is 20 June. I have tried to contact them by email, no reply.. and several phone calls, usually voicemail is full and cant leave a message. I did get to leave a message once. Just like the emails I requested a refund for my order. The order was $278.99. If you happen to look at this find that order and refund my $$.Initial Complaint

I placed a order with Adventure Designs (**********) on Friday, April 14 at 8:42 PDT through their online store. The item - Fuze Block FZ-1 - was to ship through the **** Priority Mail to my home address. Even accounting for slow shipping, it has been five weeks since the order, but more of a problem is that I have left four phones messages and three email messages with no response. I have not been able to verify that the item shipped, if it is backordered or if there was some other issue preventing the completion of my order. There also appears to be no means to cancel the order and get a refund through email or phone given the exceptionally poor customer service.Initial Complaint

I ordered Premium highway pegs on 1-11-23, was told by **** they would be shipped in 1 month.It has been over 3 months now, They do NOT return my phone calls or emails. This by far is the most un professional company I have had to deal with. Please help me get my money back from this sham of a company.Initial Complaint

On March 17, 2022 I ordered highway pegs for $229.00. The item had an estimated shipping time of Mar 29 2022. When they did not arrive, I sent two emails from their website contact form as well as another email on May 18 with no response. I called and left a message in June and called again in July where I was told there was a delay with machining the pegs and theyd likely be shipped end of the month. They still did not come and I was not contacted again. I have called several times since, always during business hours, always getting an answering machine. I have left two messages with no response yet. I filed a complaint with PayPal within 6 months of the order but it was shut down. I have received no refund, I have not received my order. Ordered and paid for a Rugged Rear Locking Pillion Box Black for *** R1250GSA on 8/16/2022. With the expectation of it shipping no later than October. Have tried several times to contact the company with absolutely no success by phone or email. No one answered and I still do not have my item or an update.Initial Complaint

A part was pre-ordered from the adventure design website on January 19th 2022, which was slated to ship on January 30th 2022.After one month Feb 18th 2022, my credit card on file was charged for the full amount and the manufacturer updated the the order with the following tracking number. That order has not changed nor has the product been shipped. ****, the owner of adventure designs, responded to one email apologizing for the delay and the status of the order.It has now been 4 full months since the order was placed and 3 months since my card was charged and have had zero contact with the distributor or the manufacturer.I have sent 2 follow up emails to the owners of adventure designs and NOT gotten an email update or phone call response from adventure designs The number listed on the https://www.advdesigns.com/ goes straight to voice mail and the voice mail box is full I tried calling the alternative number listed on the order and i get an error message saying the number is not in service.I would like to get a full refund for the part ordered as I no longer trust this company to deliver the parts ordered
