Called and spoke to the man that runs this place, I ordered on 2/4 gentleman said yes I was sick in bed for two days. Understandable. I paid for priority shipping because I needed this in a rush. Called today to on 2/9 and the guy is very rude said he didnt care if I paid for shipping or not that he wasnt going to refund me my money and hung up on me, very unprofessionalBusiness response

Customer called to day asking about his order placed on sunday. I explained that monday am I got a stomach virus and spent 3 days at home in bed, but came in yesterday packing the week's orders and shipped his stuff out today. He got rude about him paying for 3 day ************ not giving a hoot about me being sick and at home. We never discussed refunding anything but as a courtesy I refunded $10 of his $14 shipping charge after getting off the phone with this guy. He will have it Monday. Whats the issue here?
