On January 17, 2023, we drove out to Concord Honda, about 1hr and 30mn away, with after work traffic and we purchased a 2018 GMC ****** **** from Concord Honda in the *** of $45,698.25, which was financed, including a $9,000 dollar down-payment, on 1/17/23 after 9PM. Contract paper work was signed at 849PM on Januray 17, 2023. I am not for sure a safety inspection was performed on this truck. My son *********************** ******** who is also on the loan, took the truck into a dealership for alignment a few days after the purchase and we were advised thrust angle in the rear is completely off, it does not align with the front. Mechanical technician advised they could not perform alignment and we would have to take it back to the dealership who sold us the truck for repairs. We have tried to contact the dealership several times and they are refusing to repair the problem, they advised we would have to come out of pocket $250.00 for vehicle inspection to figure out the problem. After several attempts, Concord Honda is neglecting to repair or even deal with our concern. I also contacted Honda Corporate or ************* and the opened up a case, no one ever called me back, I reached out to them last *********** said they do have the case open but it is up to the dealership as they are all privately owned. At this point, we are very disappointed with Honda overall and feel we are running out of resources. I have never experienced this with a consumer affairs ***** they seriously do not care about customer satisfaction or loyal customers. Both Corporate and Concord Honda have been no help whatsoever. I am only asking for help because my son will be paying lots of money for this truck & to not have a truck that is sold in good condition it is not fair. As a last resort, we are reaching out to you for help as this is my son's first truck and he had lots of hope to buy a good working truck, with his hard working money & down pmt. We sincerely appreciate all your help. Thank you

On 11/19/2022 I bought a Honda accord 2022 from concord Honda. Initially the car was $29k then it went to $33k. They financed ******, in 72 the cost is $54,030.96. They did not explain to me all the extra charge. I signed the contract without reading it because it is the second new carbonic from them. The first one I had no problem. Plus I am their customer for the last 20 years. If I at off today the amount is $44k over the price of the car. I do not know if I can get help to have them remove all the extra charge as I was not aware of. I think they took advantage of me because I am a woman. I cannot afford to get a contract lawyer. Please help

I emailed Concord Honda ********** the following on 10/5/22 5:46 PM. In the I had to email and call them several times to receive a reply. Not going to do that again. On 8/10/22 I went to Concord Honda **************** and purchased a CR2032 battery for my ***V 2017, which I bought from Concord Honda. The parts person installed the batter into the ***.On 9/24/2022 the ***V 2017 displayed a warning that the *** was not detected, which was surprising since I knew the battery was just purchased 35 days ago. I immediately drove to the near by Auto Zone because I have no idea if the car will allow me to continue driving. Purchased a CR2032 battery 2 pack and installed a battery into the ***. *** worked indicating the CR2032 battery that I bought 35 days ago from Concord Honda died.On 9/27/22 I went to Concord Honda **************** and explained the above and asked for a refund. The parts person replied, "Can not refund the battery." I asked, Why?" He replied, "Because you used it." I replied, but the battery only lasted 35 days. He replied, "There is no guarantee and I can not test the battery." I checked the 8/10/22 Concord Honda receipt and did not see any where that mentioned lithium batteries and not guaranteed. I showed him the 8/10/22 Concord Honda recipt, 9/24/22 Auto Zone recipt, and battery packaging that only had one battery for the other one was in the ***. I mentioned while pointing to the battery packaging that I would not have bought these batteries if the 8/10/22 Concord Honda **************** CR2032 battery did not die. He repeated, "Can not refund the battery." I asked to speak to a manager and he replied that you were not in.After I left I realized he did have a way to test the battery .... by installing the battery into the *** and going to the car to see if *** was detected.Resolution: I would like a refund for the 8/10/22 CR2032 nearly dead battery that Concord Honda **************** sold me.

I purchased a used Honda Pilot from Concord Honda. When I purchased the car, there was barely enough gas to get to the nearest gas station. Because the car had no gas, the salesman said that if I fill up the tank myself, he would provide me with an extra car key (as it only came with one). I agreed. However, even after several phone calls I have not received the key, and 10 months have now passed. In addition, I needed to repair a tire that was leaking and that is when I noticed that a key for the tire lock was not provided. I had to pay American Tire to remove the necessary lug nut so that the tire could be removed and repaired. Honda will not provide me with a key and they will not change the locks. They basically said that a used car comes as is. However, this is not only a safety issue (what if I had gotten a flat on the road?), they are saying it is okay to sell me a car that the tires cannot be removed from. This is a basic operation. It's dangerous and shady to sell someone a car where you cannot remove the tires. It has been problematic trying to get someone to call me back and help me. The manager I was able to get on the phone told me to get into touch with the used car sales manager, **************. Although I left multiple messages, he has not returned my phone call.

I bough this car on 3/21/22 sells person mention there was an issue with display that controls radio, gps, ac, etc. She said they were going to fix, I wanted to leave the car and come back went fix but she said service center was closet and I had to take the car. I came back and dropped off a week later because it was hard for me, I had to take time off since is a different city. I left the car and they could fix, they sent to **** dealer and it gas being 4 weeks and havent heard anything back. I leave messages, emailed service rep and nothing. Last thing they said was they were gonna order the part. They just waited for warranty to start so they can bill them when they were supposed to fix before selling that car. I sold my car in order to use for down payment abd now I have no car. I want them to take the car back and give me $5000 down payment and take that front my credit so it will not affect my credit report.

      Customer response

      05/16/2022

Although Im not 100% satisfied Im ok that we were able to work the issue out and both parties agreed.

      Thank you again

Concord Honda dealership did not allow me to cancel my GAP insurance right after paid off my car. I had to wait 1 month to only request cancellation. Finally, I canceled my insurance through Concord Honda but I havent received the refund. It has been more than two months already. I talk to dealership several times but they says I need to talk to Honda financial. I talk to Honda financial couple times but they says I need yo talk to Concord Honda dealership. I think Concord Honda dealership is responsible because they contracted and canceled my GAP insurance. However, Concord Honda is unhelpful at all and provides very bad customer service.
