    Never go in bussiness with this company. Very bad experience.

    There are a of lot of good reputable Solar contractors to chose from. Check carefully before you believe promises made by NorCal Home Systems Sales representatives. I couldn't be more disappointed in the dealings I've had with this company. I Signed the contract in March 2022. Panels were installed In April 2022, and Norcal was paid the full amount of the project. By Mosaic loan company. I contacted sales reps from NorCal until I was given the phone number to contact the owner **************. To find out when my system would be completed? ************** Who has made many promises, he hasn't kept any to this time. I have stayed in touch or at least tried to stay in touch with *************. May, June, July, August, September, October, and November. who frequently avoids my calls and texts. I had to contact an attorney and the Contractors ******************* to get responses from **************. I am paying off the loan to Mosaic, for a nonoperational solar system, and my PG&E BILL. The Owner ************** made a written statement stating he would pay these bills from April 2022 until the completion of the project. When I sent him the PG&E bills I got no response. I made a huge mistake going with NorCal Home Systems to install my solar system! having all the problems I've had with the installation of the system I can only imagine, when I have problems with the system once it's completed, will the warranties on the system actually be taken care of? It's unfortunate I trusted in the word of a man the owner of NorCal, to follow through and be a man of integrity. Just to be deceived and straight out lied to.I hope everything works out, and ************** Follows through and I get what I'm paying for and promised! Wish me luck! And say a prayer for me. Thanks for reading my review!

    I should give NorCal Home Systems half a star! NorCal abandoned us and never got the Solar system running at all. They put in the system without it working & left us in *********************************************************

    My. solar system did not work for most of 2022 as told to me by PGE. I sent my bill at true up time which was for $1225.77 to Nor Cal in September. *******************, said they would look into it and their company reimburses true up for faulty solar operation. It is now Oct. 17, a month later, and I have not heard from them or can I reach Nor Cal by phone or email. What kind of company is this?
