    Came to ******** Jewelry Repair inside the ************** in ******* ** on Thursday September 22 2022 to purchase a watch band to put on my watch. I went there with the intent to buy a stainless steel silver links band but they didnt have one for my size. So I ended up settling for a black leather band they had. The associate had them put it on and I tried it on. Paid them $38 and some change and left the store. The band came by itself with no packaging. Ended up going to ***** at the same mall and they had the band I was looking for so they removed the black leather band I purchased from Fast Fix and handed it back to me. Told myself Id return the other one when I get the chance since they display a 30 day return policy on the receipt. Flash forward to Friday October 14 when I went back to make the return at Fast Fix. The person working there was ***** and I told him I need to make a return. He immediately looked at the band and told me he could not since it had a crease in the band. I told him that was from that one time trying it on and he told me he couldnt return it because of that. Told me I could come the next day to speak with the district manager. So I did. I went back on Saturday October 15. The district manager treated me so poorly. Telling me I was lying about buying that band there since they dont sell that particular one there. When I know for a fact I purchased it there. Had the receipt with me and that wasnt enough for her. Also told me it was missing a piece that never came with the watch to begin with. I brought back the band in its original form with the receipt. When she called the owner and said everything in her favor to get a disapproval for the return. It was undermining my character and was trying to take me for a liar. The whole establishment treated me really poorly. Selling me faulty items that they told me they dont sell there
