This was one of the worst/ poor customer service I've been subjected to in decades. I needed a cabinet drawer repaired, so I drove over 20 miles one way to take it to there shop. I was told that the person who needed to provide me with a quote was off today ( which was a Thursday) also had taken Friday and Monday was a holiday. So, I would get a call on Tuesday letting me know what the quote of cost the repair. Well, that didn't happen, so I called them on Thursday and left a voicemail. They didn't return my calls and inquiries for two weeks, I kept calling but all I got was the answering machine, so I left messages and texted them several times. Finally, after five(5) weeks, an employee by the name of **** called and indicated that my cabinet drawer would be ready in one week, well that didn't happen, so at this point it had been with them over 6 weeks. At this point I just wanted my cabinet drawers returned to me. I sent the an email and voicemail and requested the immediate return of my property. I decided to call them one more time before contacting the ************************** and **** answered the phone. I was told that nothing had been repaired and he indicated that they could mail my unrepaired cabinet drawers to my home, I declined, and told him that I would prefer to come pick them ** in person. So when I arrived, **** made himself unavailable to me. I spoke with another employee who indicated to me that she was the person who does the repairs. She stated it slipped through the cracks. I informed her that I had made several inquiries regarding my drawers, and at least someone from the front counter(****) could have been professional enough to call me and let me know, so that I could made a choice to either take my drawers elsewhere for repair. She was very condescending towards me. I felt disrespected, insulted by their demeanor. I'm an Black American, and truly hope that wasn't the reason for their lack of concern.
