Order *****- I paid for a poster on Jan 2nd and Ive been reaching out weekly for an update on the order - I have lost count of how many emails I have sent. I request help through their website, I message them through IG- I would call but they do not provide a phone number. **** replies to a dozen requests for a shipping update. I placed an order 1/11/24 for a runners visual calendar. Card was charged immediately for $24.95. I have reached out about shipping status several times via the website and order confirmation message with no response. I have ordered this calendar for the last 5 or 6 years with no issues until last year, when it took three full months to ship, and none of my emails were ever responded to. I ordered a running calendar (****) poster from this company. Order #*****. On December 14th, 2023. I've contacted them twice by web form and once also by email. They never respond (it's been a month since my first inquiry) and my account **** says the order is still "processing." Today is February 1st, and nothing - This is a calendar, so it is time sensitive. I'm actually reporting this because this is the SECOND issue I've had with this company. I ordered (and paid for) two of these posters last year. They sent me one poster and then never responded when I contacted them about the mistake. I never got a second poster or a refund for the second poster. I should have known better than to try them again this year, but they make a very specific product that I can't find anywhere else, so I gave it a shot. I'd like to believe this a website run by one person who maybe isn't very good at running a business, but I'm afraid it may be more of a scam than that. It would be nice to at least get a response from them letting me know they've had an issue or are offering some sort of apology. But I just get nothing. No email. No text. No phone call. And still no product or refund. I'm very frustrated.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 items totaling $49.90 on December 26th 2023, I received a processing email but never received anything else from them, not the items & not a shipped or delivered email or any other response. I sent multiple emails (sent to addresses found on their site) stating I wanted an update or refund but still havent received anything as of January 24th ****. It states on website that its a small business so have patiences which I think I have been but no email of any kind is ridiculous, Im over it! I want a refund but also I dont want anyone else to be scammed out of money. I hope you can help me in someway. Thank you.Initial Complaint

On Friday, December 15, 2023, I placed an online order (order #*****) for a **** Runner's Visual Calendar which cost $24.95 and was immediately charged to the credit card I used for the purchase. On December 27th when the order still had not arrived and I had not received any communication from ilovetorun.org, I sent an email to ********************** requesting to cancel the order and be refunded as the order was Christmas gift for my husband. I did not receive a reply to this email. A couple of weeks later (I do not have the exact date) I submitted a request via their online portal on their website requesting a response to my inquiry to which I also received no response. On January 19, ****, I sent another email to ********************** requesting a follow up to my email requesting a refund on order #***** in the amount of $24.95 for an order that was placed on 12/15/23, was never shipped, and I have not received any communication from the company other than the confirmation of the order. This is an unacceptable business practice in my opinion.Initial Complaint

I have placed two orders for **** Visual Running posters, the first order was placed for 5 posters on December 12, 2023 (Order *****). The second order I placed on January 17 for 1 poster (Order 75593).I never received either order. I have emailed the customer service email address 6 times, and have heard nothing. I purchased a sweatshirt from this company/ individual. Sweatshirt was never sent. I made multiple attempts to contact and received no response. I placed the order on May 18th 2023. The owner of the company is now soliciting more items for sale. This individual sells under the name ilovetorun.org and/or ebibs
