I signed up for a virtual run on ilovetorun.org. The challenge was to run/walk ***** miles for the year. I signed up on 12/30/2020 for *****. I accomplished this task and was expecting a medal for my efforts. I have sent several emails about shipment that have gone unresponsive and I can see several other people have the same complaint on ********* I have sent the emails to [email protected]. I believe this website and company to be fake just to pull in money and never ship the items.Initial Complaint

I have placed two orders with ilovetorun.org that have never shipped. The first was an order for a 2021 - 1000 mile challenge, which I order in Jan 2021 for *****+5.95 shipping. I logged my miles throughout the year and assumed it would ship when the miles were completed. I sent an email asking for the status of the medal shipping in late December with no response. I then placed another order late Dec 2021 for a 2022 - 1500 mile challenge for *****. After never receiving the medal for 2021 and no reply to my original email, I sent another email with no response again. Now I have two orders without receiving the product, and Im out $73.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a **** miles in a year run challenge and paid $34.00 for a medal for the challenge in December 2020. I did not receive the medal when I received another item I purchased, so contacted them via email. I was told that they would send the medals closer to the time that the challenge was complete. At the end of December of 2021 I sent another email as I have still not received the medal, asking about the timeframe for receiving it. I received no response to that email. Recently I went onto their website and in the Discussion portion of the page saw that there are many other people in the same situation-they have not received their medals and are not getting response to emails. They charged my credit card 12 months ago, have not followed through on their commitment, are not responding to email (which is the only way to contact them), and apparently are accepting registration for another running challenge for this year, all of which is concerning.Initial Complaint

On July 2nd 2021 I placed an order for a shirt and the **************************************************************************************************************************************************** august I also finished the challenge and reached out in September about both items and got no response. I have reached out monthly by email and their social media page with no response ever having been received although funds were withdrawn for the items from my account. This is the 3rd year I have purchased an item from them but the first time they were unresponsive on follow *** when they was a delay.Order Number: *****
