    They sent me the wrong parts. When I called them they stated I ordered to wrong ones, which I know I didn't, then said I need to pay shipping and a restocking fee to return the parts.

    Buyer beware!! I ordered $1600 worth of parts last august for 1951 ***** pickup project. Motor mounts, brake booster,front disc brake kit, and a rear end mount kit. It was a winter project so I didnt get going on it till early December. Found out there were parts missing it both the brake booster kit and the disc brake kit. I tried calling, but was told to email customer service and send pictures of what was missing. Was told its awfully late to be making this claim being I purchased it in august. I explained that this was ordered in august because we needed several parts and wanted to spread out the purchasing of parts to not spend so much at one time. He agreed to send some of the parts but said I was going have to buy the other parts because he was sure they were shipped. I told him I was not going to pay for parts that were already shipped. I ended up purchasing the parts from another supplier. Now I am really furious because today I opened the box for the 9 **** rear end relocation mount. The box is clearly labeled with the part number I ordered. The brackets were all wrong, the bag labeled 1/2 x 10 ubolts,had two 1/2 x 10 ubolts, and one 9/16x ************************************* the box. I wouldnt buy a thing from this company again if they were the last place on earth!!

    4/21/24. Ordered part # ck5-7387wr. From them. Suppose to receive on 5/7/24. Called them 5/1/24 to confirm spoke to a **** he said rotors just come in finishing up. He said should be delivered in 2 weeks. Emailed 5/8/24 to confirm delivery date. They said you spoke with **** on 1st he said 2 weeks rotors just come in. 2 weeks are up still no tracking number nothing. Next i guess is to ask for refund through paypal. No telling how long that will take. Glad i held off on ordering 4link set up from them.

    Company is a joke. customer service is non-existent l. you never get a real answer you get a guess from their staff. my parts were partially shipped, never received the most vital piece of the puzzle. after waiting for 2 months I asked for a refund. I'm not asking for a refund because I don't want it anymore I'm asking for a refund because they can't produce the master cylinder that goes with the brake kit I bought. I had to pay to ship the partially delivered order back and then had to pay a 20% restocking fee!!! still have not received my refund even though they've had the parts back in their warehouse for a week now! incidentally, they billed me for the entire order even though they never shipped the master cylinder. Its the most expensive part in the kit by far!!! this is a joke of a company

    Ordered 900 brake kit they took my money with out telling me they didnt have all the parts , did not email me any information. Now with a return I have to wait another 10 days smh wasted over 2almost 3 weeks of my time while they held my payment . Would not recommend and will not buy from again . Custom service guy was a a****** by the way acting like I was bugging him

    Worst customer service. Their defective $1400 hydroboost pump locked up on the highway on my very first drive and almost killed me. When I called to explain (because they wouldn't reply to my email) they refused to listen and told me to "send an email" even after I explained that I'd gladly sit on hold for a manager he refused to transfer the call. Absolutely absurd. I wish I had read these reviews before doing business with these clowns.

    Another disappointment: I ordered a ***** ASSEMBLY manual. When the order arrived it was a SHOP manual; a totally different kind of book with very different information. *** ******** service was very prompt and polite but has refused to cover shipping in either direction when/if I return it. I normally can accept this as a policy but not when their product is so clearly misrepresented; my order documentation clearly says ASSEMBLY manual. I will have spent 40$ in shipping 2 ways for a 20$ purchase..that is useless to me! If I keep it, *** makes money and I am out $40. If I return it, *** makes no profit, but their inventory goes back up and I am still out about $40. *** cannot lose either way!! I lose both ways. Is it any wonder that Amazon is winning the retail war even tough people like me want to help smaller businesses?

    Company is a mom and pop ran establishment. Company takes your money and doed not want to hold there part of the deal. I order a part that came to me a few months back. When my mechanic installed the part it was defective. I called ************** day and the guy said ok send the part back and we'll get you all taken care of. At that time I needed my car on the road so I purchased the part I needed at another local shop. So the part I ordered was ***** (est) and the shipping was *****. So around ***** was my total to get the part shipped to me. So when I returned the part *** charged me ***** to return the part to them. So I felt that wasn't fair. I called *** back and asked will I get allmof my shipping money back because yall sent me a messed up part. The second guy says we'll we can't send you any money back without proof that the part if damaged. You need to send pics or a video showing the damage. Now take it, the guy whom I found out to be the manager (first person) never told me anything about a video or pics of the part. So they claim they can't send all of my money back. So they get to get their part back and im out of ***** for a part I don't even have. This company will allow one time ***** part with Shipping cost them hundreds of dollars for nothing. Just send me my money for the part and shipping. That would have been the logical thing to do. Not go back and forth with a customer over a few dollars. It's not even about the money. It's about you guys not honoring your parts. And your website says nothing about taking a picture or video to return items.

    Customer called in asking if he could return the item and did not mention he believed it was defective. He was provided a Return Merchandise Authorization for the return and instructed to ship it back. He later called back asking why he had to pay for shipping. We need to be provided proof the item is wrong and/or defective before a return label is provided. The item was returned by the customer and he was told we will inspect the item upon arrival for damage and/or determine if it was indeed defective. The item was inspected and it was determined the item was not defective. Customer was refunded the cost of the product minus a re-stocking fee. At the time of this response, the customer was given a full refund including the cost of the original shipping even though the item was not defective. Our policy which can be found on our website clearly states if you do have a warranty claim please contact customer service to initiate the process. We will usually require the customer to ship the product back to our warehouse where we can inspect the product. When we receive the product we will inspect the parts. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees for warranty claims.

    Absolutel thieves order over 2k in brake kit for a car didn't fit my application at all called to return the parts that were never installed due to being incorrect and they made me pay over 300 in return shipping for there screw up then when they received they parts back as they sent them they said they are unsellable and kept my money they are Absolutely crooks keeping customers hard earned money when they screw up and lie about being in stock and the application it fit also charged me for parts I never even received

    We want to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Our customer, ***************************************, ordered a front disc brake conversion, power brake booster kit and rear disc brake kit for a **** Buick Wildcat via our website on 6/21/2023. On 8/16/2023 called and requested a Return Merchandise Authorization (***) for the complete order. At that time we requested images and/or information to why the front disc brake kit would not work for his specific application. He refused to provide them stating he didnt want to spend any more time on this situation. The rear disc brake kit was ordered wrong by our customer on the internet for his application. It does not state it will work for your application and was not listed as an option when browsing the Buick Disc Brake section of our website. Our Customer kept the power brake booster kit and did not return it as stated previously. Furthermore, our customer did not pack the return merchandise as stated in our Return Policy. He literally placed all the items (rotors, powder coated calipers, brackets, etc.) in the returned box and many parts were received needing refurbishing in order to re-sell. I have photo documentation to support this claim. His return was incomplete according to the *** requested. I will have the *** closed out and our customers credit card refunded for the appropriate amount as stated in our Return Policy which was agreed to upon placing the order via our website.

    On Order# ******  I spoke with someone and talked about a timeline I needed to meet with order and they assured me that my order would be on time. Not only did the parts they mail out not come on time but part of the order was drop shipped and it will be even later. I had to go a different route so I go on website to initiate a return so I can return the items as soon as I receive them,so I dont have $2000 tied up in parts that I can't use, but they keep denying the request

    I want to apologize for the inconvenience that our shipping times did not meet your schedule. Order was place via our website on Thursday, 08/17/0/2023 at 11:33am and was shipped in full by Tuesday, 08/22/23. On 08/24/23, Customer spoke with our Salesperson Fred and was given instructions and details about how to return his order back to us and receive and RGA # to return the parts on. No return or request for return was denied. As of today, 08/28/2023 Customer has not called back to get his RGA # (Return Goods Authorization)
