    Distant family member received 2 voicemails stating I had a vocal complaint filled as it me in *************** and states I should have received the paperwork. This seems to be a phishing scam as I have checked with Sarasota county and there is no open or filed complaints/ civil suites I checked the phone number which comes under spam and no such number called the number and just rings with no answering machine or voice mail announcement. And they called a ex spouse of a family member (over 30 years x) seems they dont have reliable or relevant current data and they seem to be phishing **Scam alert***

    I received a voicemail from a number detected as Spam, with a voicemail claiming that failure to respond by end of day today would result in legal decision with the County I currently live at. This is evidently a scam since I don't have any accounts in collection. My daughter received the same message about my name. The only way our phone numbers are associated is through the cell phone provider. This type of phone calls need to be investigated and persecuted for penalty and perjury.

    I received a voicemail on October 10, 2024 from Maya, a representative from Nationwide Legal, trying to collect on a debt from my father. They obscured their identity by using a spoofed number, that appeared as local. My father passed August of 2013. The voicemail stated that they had sent a letter that was ignored, which is not true. I will not be returning their call, or communicating with them in any way.

    Got a voicemail from someone who said they were with nationwide legal services threatening a civil suit because I failed to respond to a 30 day notice I never received for a 16 year old debt that Im positive I took care of. I called the number left in the voicemail with the reference number and I was fed a bunch of lies as to why they can still seek this debt 16 years later and that they would email me the information that was supposed to be in the letter that never came either. I called back and told them 6 years is the max for collection or filing a lawsuit in ********* and they continued to lie and said they were too busy to email the information. This place is fraudulent and has to be violating laws they also called my wife and mom

    Vendor was supposed to e file court documents. They were only supposed to charge me $75, which is still astronomical since the court charges under 10. Instead they charged m $600 TWICE, did not properly file the paperwork, and refuse to issue a refund. They send fraudulent paperwork indicating that it was filed, when it wasn't. They led me to believe that I actually had a case in court against my squatter tenants when in fact I didn't, because they don't know how to actually file paperwork. They should not be allowed to operate.

    Got this voicemail today, twice, within just a few minutes. Hello, this message is intended for *****************. My name is *********************** and I'm with process verification for nationwide legal services. I'm calling in regards to a civil complaint that was forwarded to my office scheduled for filing against you out of the county of King. The firm that is filing this complaint reported a failure to respond to a 30 day notice of intent that was mailed to your residence due to the urgency and severity of this complaint. Contact is being required immediately at ************. Failure to respond will result in a legal decision being made without your acknowledgment or participation you have officially been notified.I called the county and they said there are no civil suits against me. What should I do?

    The call came in as spam and then straightforward to voicemail via my spam blocker. The voicemail number was ***************. The voicemail sounded like Artificial Intelligence stating I have a civil suit and to call ************** Ref #CV154562. I have not received any letter or whatnot pertaining to a lawsuit of any kind. Please review and let me know what I may need to do. ~ *******************

    I keep getting calls from this company saying that I have a pending civil case. They provide document number CV115848 and say I have to call US Civil Claims Services at ************* to find out more information. When you call that number, they ask for your name, birth date, and email to verify. They have called and left voice mails with several of my family members.

    I got a voicemail from the company saying that I am being notified of something legal happening to me and failure to respond will result in legal action being carried on or something like that? It's out of the county of **** or something like that? I honestly can't understand a lot of the message, but the first sentence was that the notification is intended for someone named ***** and I couldn't make out the last name... The most clear sentence on the voicemail was "you have officially been notified". I assume this is a scam caller, but I really hope this ***************** gets proper notification of what's happening if it is real?

    Rcvd call 29 Mar from ************ ****************** advising civil suit when I called back a woman named ******************* answered and advised she was looking at my credit report from 14 yrs ago and credit one formerly bank of ****** is looking to collect set of $2k.She provided another number and extension to call back.She mentioned my Equifax report specifically but did not say how they acquired it.
