    I ordered 8 windows and 2 sliding doors on 4/20/2023. Installation was supposed to start around 5/26/23 and be completed around 6/9/23. As of today, 7/30/23, the windows still aren't ready. I have not been able to schedule other work I want done to the house because I keep being told the windows will be ready "next week". I have gotten a lot of excuses: we're in the process of moving, we had a delay in getting our equipment installed, we lost employees & need to hire & train new people. If they had been upfront with this information I would have been able to schedule the other work I wanted done as well as plan personal time with **************** instead of waiting week after week for them to get the windows to me. I also feel they should give me a discount for the delay & stress caused by their endless excuses.

    Premium windows and doors is following procedure by requesting customer for more information. For example, certified AAMA label which has a manufacturing code.

    H/O supplier Robertos glass is not able to provide Purchase order to manufacture for proof of purchase. In order to verify and assist Premium windows and doors

    requires information below to be provided by supplier-H/O. Premiums accounting team did not find any PO for windows on claim by H/O.

    Information required: AAMA certified label, P.O.
