    I am truly blessed to have come across Green Lion Financial recently as I came very close to foreclosure. I received a call from ****************************. Director of loss mitigation he clearly explained there services and fees, I was skeptical at first not knowing if this was a legit company or a scam... I began to decline there assistance but ****** was very persistent, kind and seemed very confident that he would get me out of this financial mess my own Lender was not trying to help with.****** wasted no time to get the ball rolling to stop this foreclosure from happening. I can't thank him enough for working day and night with my lender taking that burden off my shoulder, and speaking on my behalf going back and forth with them so I didn't have too!! He made himself available 24/7 with various options to communicate with him. He was my advocate who fought for a reasonable realistic deal . This company is truly amazing and will fight on your behalf so you can have a piece of mind and they will follow up to make sure thing are working.Thank you to *********************** for your loyalty and great work you are a true blessing. I would recommend Green Lion Financial to everyone, it was the most trustworthy, reasonable and professional mitigation company I have encountered????********************

    After a failed attempt at submitting modification myself I was denied. When I found Green Lion Financial I was a complete wreck!! Carlos is very good at what he does and he was able to have my modification approved in only 3 days!! For the first time in months I will finally be able to sleep!! I would highly recommend to anyone!!!

    My lender offered me a loan modification that I couldn't take advantage of due to divorce issues. All my attempts to secure additional assistance from my current lender and other financial institutions failed. I was close to foreclosure. After tons of research I retained Green Lion Financial to assist me with retaining my home. Green Lion Financial is the real thing. Not a scam. Green Lion's knowledge and experience with current federal and state mortgage assistance programs , as well as, the real estate business in general is impressive. Green Lion assisted me with completing a second application for mortgage assistance with my current lender. The application requested assistance from a specific federally backed program that I had no idea existed. My current lender and other money management agencies I spoke with didn't inform me of all the options available. My second application for a loan modification was approved. Under the new terms my loan interest is considerably less than the original contact. The lower interest resulted in lower monthly payments. I couldn't accomplish this on my own. Green Lion exceeded what they said they could do for me. Green Lion offers to give your money back if they can't accomplish agreed upon goals. I will contact Green Lion again when I'm in a position to refinance. Thank you Carlos for your help and pleasant conversation.
