    BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning orders of items from the online business. As soon as the order is placed the company will make a shipping label. After waiting for the shipping information to update consumers indicate it never does and they never receive their items. Other consumers have indicated they have received items but the items arrive defective or broken. Most consumers indicate it is difficult to reach the company and some even say the company never responds. Consumers also allege issues with communicating with the company. Some of them do not get a response from the business while others indicate the company does not want to work with them or offer a refund for non delivery of orders. On October 5, 2022 BBB Serving Central California & Inland Empire Counties notified the business of our concerns and requested their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the patter of consumer complaints. As of today, the business has not responded to our request.

      I paid for new motorcycle parts and received scratched and gouged parts that looked used. I.either want NEW replacement parts or my money back. I have emailed back n forth trying to resolve the issue with no resolution and they do not answer the phone.

      I purchased a part from this company (order #******) of which I have my receipt as well. The company decided to go through ****** and then I ceased to receive any updates for a week on my order. After a week of no updates and no package, I contacted customer support and asked for an update. They provided the ***** tracking number at that point (************) and stated it was already delivered. The delivery photo was not my house and it was delivered to the wrong address. I was told to contact ****** which I did. ****** after investigation, claims responsibility and that they delivered it to the wrong address. They told me to have the sender file a claim with ***** and to have the sender reimburse me. I told the seller this, they refuse to do any of that. I contact ***** again and they reassured me that the sender/seller is the ONLY one that can file the claim and there is nothing I can do about it, I need to convince the sender/seller to do it. I ask the company multiple more times explaining that ***** is claiming responsibility and they just need to file a claim with them and reimburse me. They are still refusing to do this as it's "not their fault" that the package was misdelivered. I have email proof of this ready to be forwarded if required. There is simply no reason I, as the customer, should just be out over $120 in this scenario. Can you please assist?

      I had bought a cylinder head from them. When package received package is damaged but also bags and other things in box was opened.They mailed me a cracked cylinder head. It offers warranty but they are not willing on doing anything about trying to get it resolved. I wanted them to mail me a new one so I mail them the cracked one they sent me but they want me to pay for shipping costs to return and to have them send a new one out. At this point I would like for them to refund me in full for a cracked cylinder head thats good for nothing now. They keep saying I can fix it but it would cost me more to get it fixed than if they were to send me an another new one. Im tired of them not taking action and being responsible so now I just want a full refund. Ps I have a bunch of pictures of box destroyed upon delivery. So many holes and cuts on the box.They offered me back only 5%

      I ordered a voltage regulator for my outboard, showed, still shows it was in stock. I got an email saying it was out of stock and would get a refund. A week later and no refund, no response to calls or emails.

      Hi, I purchased a replacement turbo actuator on 12/30/2023 order number ****** for $612.61. The part would not take on turbo or off turbo calibration. I wanted to send back to get refund the most they will offer is ***** dollars. I have followed their return process (which is captured in attachments) and they will not send me an RMA for a full refund. I just want my money back.

      I ordered a car part that never came. The tracking number said it was returned to sender. When I reached out to the company they were very helpful and said they hadn't received the return from the ***** I would be able to get my money refunded ONLY if I did a positive review on the BBB website and screenshot it and sent it to them. I contacted the **** and they said the package was returned for a "fraudulent label". PayPal has been contacted to try and get a refund, still pending their investigation.

      I tried to purchase a rear end from mad hornets an they did not have the right part so I ask for a refund a no one answers you can not cal them cuz they do not except phone calls at all only email an voicemails can not get a hold of anyone there

      No instructions missing parts tube has a hole in it. This seems line it was returned by someone and resold to me

      have not received product . token to long dont need it anymore. i been in contact with them and told them it been to long and i just need a refund . they tell me to keep waiting . they wont start a refund process.
