    BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning orders of items from the online business. As soon as the order is placed the company will make a shipping label. After waiting for the shipping information to update consumers indicate it never does and they never receive their items. Other consumers have indicated they have received items but the items arrive defective or broken. Most consumers indicate it is difficult to reach the company and some even say the company never responds. Consumers also allege issues with communicating with the company. Some of them do not get a response from the business while others indicate the company does not want to work with them or offer a refund for non delivery of orders. On October 5, 2022 BBB Serving Central California & Inland Empire Counties notified the business of our concerns and requested their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the patter of consumer complaints. As of today, the business has not responded to our request.

      Ordered fairings on 2/11/2023 for $555.00. I was told that it would take 27 to 35 working days for my shipment to arrive. Which is much longer than what it says on the website. It is now 4/3/2023 and I have received nothing. The tracking number given to me is from China Post and according to that my shipment has never even left China. USPS does not have any information on the shipment. It’s been 35 working days and two months and I have gotten nothing. I want a refund of the money they charged me for an item I never received.

      I ordered a motorcycle part and paid with a credit card. The ran the card as my bank acount showed it deducted. They never shipped the it and do not answer the phone or reply to messages left. I want the part or my money back right away!

      On 3/24/2022 I paid $132.99 for a motorcycle part (seat backrest) it was finally delivered after 15 days. I opened it up and it was broken, not even in any branded packaging the part was just thrown in a box. I immediately called the CA phone number but it goes right to voicemail. I then sent multiple messages to them telling them the part was broken and I wanted a replacement. I finally received a message back offering me a 10% discount telling me to take the part to my local welder to have it fixed. I declined that offer and demanded a replacement. After a few more days and multiple messages from me they agreed to send the new part. Now I’m at the point where they have stopped responding to my messages and still no one answers that CA phone number. Also all of their communications back to me are coming at 2 or 3am which leads me to believe this company is not operating out of the United States. How would I go about getting my money back? I see on your site here now they are rated with an F. Oh I also tried asking for a full refund on their site and they declined it.

      I ordered a part on March 27th. I was given an Order number ******. Oayment was made and received. A fed ex label was created with a tracking numbet and everytime I contact them, they tell.me the item shipped but FedEx has told me that the item hasn't left the shipper. I just want to be refunded so that I can purchase the same part from somewhere else.

      I ordered a product from madhornets.com, and instantly a email notification that the item was shipped. Checking the shipping status later I realized it was a fake shipping label. I contacted them and received another fake label. I asked them to cancel the item, but they haven't replied to me. They are selling products they do not posses, and are not sending you anything.

      We ordered motorcycle parts form Mad Hornets on 1-16-2022 and were told the parts would be shipped from Los Angeles ca via usps and would take 2-6 days for delivery. They confirmed order and 2 days later email stated parts shipped with a tracking number. Tracking number given was a usps # but it showed shipping partner as Ding Hong out of china. Several days pass and usps says they never received package and have no clue where it might be. Tried contacting seller several times via email & voice mail but no response. We decide there is a problem and believe a scam is going on so we file a claim with our bank and dispute the charges to Mad Hornet. We try to contact seller again to inform them a claim has been filed...This time they do respond and offer us 50% of our money back for none delivery. We decide to end dealing with seller and let the bank handle it

      Date of transaction July 27 th 2021 mad hornets sent me a damaged mountain bike also missing parts . Mad hornets told me to fix the bike myself . Mad hornets stated that I was responsible for all return shippings cost which they do say on there site , but the bike was damaged when it arrived and it would cost me 150 to return it when I paid 218 dollars for it . I did make a complaint with my discover card but they said that I was responsible for the return . All I am looking for is mad hornets to send me a free shipping postage to send it back , or a new bike that is not damaged. Mad hornets lied to discover card saying that I refused to take pictures of the damaged bike , something that they never asked for. Order number for my bike is ****** . I took the bike to my local bike shop to have it repaired they said they could not work on it the frame was bent near the handle bars which was un repairable.
