    The worst ordering experience. I ordered a front grill for a full size truck. Two days later they send me an email asking for an additional $100 dollars for shipping. BEWARE of this Company.

    The worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not back their product. They will do anything to not fix their mistakes. Ordered motorcycle fairings from them which they obviously messed up and knew they did. Had to email them several times before they offered to fix it. Then I still had to pay an extra $50 for shipping but when I got the new piece it was the wrong color. Terrible company!!

    Item shipped on the 16th to a shipping partner and it's now the 22nd and **** does not have my package yet, the 16th was a Monday and it's now Saturday, when speaking with customer service they told me it will arrive at **** in a few days...there shipping partner is slow, they've had my package in there warehouse for a solid week and haven't taken it to the post office yet

    Purchased clutch springs for my 6 year old grandsons motorcycle that never showed up. After speaking with the postal service 2 days after when we were to receive the parts, they said the package appears to be lost. They stated that the seller would need to put in for a refund since they mailed the item. After explaining this to Mad Hornets, they suggested waiting 3 more business days, still no package. Once again contacted Mad Hornets and they state that it is in transit again. They simply look at a tracking and come to their own conclusion instead of contacting the postal service directly. I have made several phone calls to Mad Hornets, each time to get a voicemail. After leaving a message for a return call each time, I have not received a call from them. This purchase was a smaller dollar amount, hate to see someone loose their money on a larger dollar amount. All I want is to be refunded for my purchase, I cant believe they conduct business in such a manner. Its worth spending more with another business that actually cares. If I could give a zero star, it would be more appropriate. STAY AWAY FROM MAD HORNETS.

    Ordered parts for our boat motor. Took the usual 7 to 10 days to get here. Called to see where it was before it arrived they texted me the same day it came. So no problems with service very prompted. My husband is happy with parts so I am happy.

    Think twice about buying from Mad Hornets. Actually, don't buy from Mad Hornets. I bought generic mirror holders for a newer Kawasaki. I should have bought the exact same item straight from ***** thru Amazon for half the price of MH's (or best offer!) and free shipping. Identical item, the only difference it would have taken a week+ to arrive (wow, first world problems...)Of course the item didn't work on my application (after sending a pre-purchase e-mail and obtaining a response that it would). The item was in a plastic bag with all Chinese labelling which was identical to the picture of the product on Amazon Even under the circumstances, I was asked to pay return postage and a 30% restock fee. Nope Got offered 20% off to keep item and "sell locally". Nope Got another offer 40% off and to keep item and "sell Locally". Nope It was literally not worth my time and effort to deal with a company that is willing to scrape the floor to keep whatever change they can find. They gladly kept my change and will do the same to you. I am lucky to have a good relationship with my credit card company and they made things right Lessons learned 1. Be patient and purchase from a company that you have done business with and have had positive experiences 2. Anyone who charges a 30% restock fee in todays sales environment must have abnormally high returns for what ever reason (major red flag)3. The use of auto email offers of progressive % of the price back indicates that they have this down to a science and use this tactic a lot (major red flag)4. There are too many good business out there (Revzilla amongst others) that really take care of their customers pre and post sale, it might cost a-bit more, but totally worth it 5. Don't ****** a part, find a company you have never heard of and buy something! Betting this is how Mad Hornets does most of their "business"6. Move on as a smarter consumer 7. Have a great day!

    Mad Hornets I ordered a valve head for my above ground pool and it ended up being the wrong valve it was too small this was back apox. April 03 2024. I have been trying to send back the valve and get my $59.29 back I paid for it. First it was said to me 30% restocking charge, I felt like that was not right but I asked for return label. They said I have to pay for it to be returned, plus 30% return fee. Over several days went back and forth, then they didn't want the valve back just give me a 30% refund $17.79 is 30% of $59.29. Now I just got told on May22, 2024 they sent refund of $8.02, they still owe me $9.77. and I will warn anyone if you buy anything from mad hornets besure you order right product or you will get screwed like me. So I have a valve won't work and not my 30% refund. and they want me to change my review. BEWARE.

    My experience with Mad Hornets was excellent. The product came when expected and it was exactly what was promised. When I had any concerns, they addressed them promptly. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
