I paid cash $10k for a system. Since Aug of 24 it stopped working!! They lie, lie, lie and lie. I dont think they have customer service system. One of the WORST COMPANIES IVE EVER EVER EVER encountered.. in 67 years. And after paying cash earlier in 2024, they cannot resolve any issues. Lie, lie and lie 10x times. Oh my just burn your $10k and hit yourself in a tinder place. Youll thank me later.

Scam advertising- sending notices to unsuspecting people saying the have a parcel on hold- looks deceptively like a **** post card. It literally says I have a parcel on hold. It literally gives a fake parcel #. It literally said I must call writhing 3 days. It literally has a fake Parcel ID number . 100% false! I do not have a parcel on hold! There is no parcel # **-4315 unless everyone who gets the scam postcard has the same parcel number. Its phishing for unsuspecting people to call to push sales.

I received the deceptive official looking card for Final Notice that my parcel was being held at the post office. I called the number and then the person proceeded to tell me that my water needs to be tested. I told her no thank you. She followed up with numerous phone calls to the point where I blocked the number. Lo and behold, I got another call from an unblocked number and decided s**** it, let them come over. The salesman that came over started cordial enough and then once I mentioned that I was not interested, he became extremely derogatory. Saying things like my house isn't worth the money I paid for it; clearly I don't care about my liver or kidneys because I don't want to buy their over priced system; his customer base is in areas of million dollar plus homes and the company just wastes his time to come out to this part of ***** because the houses are so cheap. He even used a comment I had made in passing about my cat to be derogatory towards me.And to add insult to injury, I'm still waiting for my promised $50 gift card.

Like others have mentioned, Nuvia uses deceptive marketing practices. I got a mail that looked like an official mail from ***************** ************** The title said "NOTICE OF PARCEL ON HOLD" and said "FINAL NOTICE" so I thought it was something that urgently needed my attention. However, after calling the number and talking to the customer service representative, i realized this was not from the post office, but from Nuvia that is trying to sell water filters. There is no parcel that is on hold really. I asked if they have some type of relationship with the city; and they said no. They said they would give a $50 gift card if you allow them to test your water, but that is not something i was planning to do. I will not be going with Nuvia because wasting potential customer's time with deceptive mail is not something i like.

I just bought a new house and received a notice In my mailbox of a "final notice" for a missed delivery and a parcel number with instructions to call to schedule pick up. I call and am told the representative is with a "water company", and since this is a new build, they need to come out to "make sure the water is up to city standards and drop off a care package containing a gift card". I set up an appointment for later that day, which started an hour long sales pitch that sounded like they were selling a time share or a used car. ******* that came out was nice and gracious, but this company is using disgusting and predatory business practices to get in your door. I would never buy, based solely on the lack of respect and lies this company puts out. Plus, no package or gift card to speak of. Absolute scam.

After rejecting your services the water specialist left with saying a very demeaning comment after seeking advice on If should or should not purchase your product. This equipment is incredibly overpriced! You can find other and better equipment and services for less than a fraction of the price! This is not a good representation of their brand

This sale person came out to my home and tested the water he answered every question we had, but they offered a free gift card and free supplies that we havent received. Once the filter system was installed that where all the ** came out. My sale person was supposed to come out and test the water out he never showed up on the appointment day. He came back on 10/31 test the water out and still giving more **. He told me that he was going to send some one out to adjust the system and of course they are never on time. Still cant have somebody come over to fix the adjustment, I called the sale person and told him that nobody stop by he told me that Im wasting company time and their money to send someone to please my needs. I wish this sale person would have acted the way he acted over the phone in person I would have never purchased the system. I fully regret it. I will never recommend this company to anybody

When I originally was inquiring about a Nuvia ** system I asked how much the filters were and was told $80 for the yearly change and if any problems with the faucet leaking is it covered and was told yes. I had bought my system about a year ago and when I called to get new filters today,I was told the price was over $200 just for 3 filters. I also told them the ** faucet leaked and they didnt seem to care, and just told me to call back when I want the filters. I would not recommend this company to anyone or their products. If you like being lied to then buy from Nuvia.

Deceptive marketing and Representative lies, Pink card came through the mail and said to pick up the parcel package. Then there is a phone number to call. Called the number and a person answered the phone and was a little surprised why the person I was communicating with ask if my wife is also available. I began to accept the conversation detailing to come for a visit. He came over to my house and ask to check my water. I began to wonder and ask him about the parcel. He started to explain about the water and started to check the purity of my water. I was not impressed at that time but I needed to get a water softener and reverse osmosis for my new house. So I sign up for the water system. I ask the rep if the incoming water from the city gets filtered out and he said yes. Soon to find out it was a lie because it ruined my new Maytag dishwasher and lots of sediments got into my washer. I had to call my home warranty to come fix my washer. I was force to install a inlet filter to filter out any sediments from the city water. After installation I notice some bubbles and blurry water coming out of the reverse osmosis. So they came over but they came over to charge me for the filter but I ask, why I am being charge for the filter when in fact this should have been part of the lifetime warranty because I ask the rep if there are things I need to know for maintenance. He did not even answer my question except to say call the office if there is a problem. Now the hidden problem was to pay for the maintenance everytime they come over to fix any problem. ******* was so elusive in answering my questions. Now I get the brunt of all expenses and this system is getting out of hand in regard to maintenance. I told them to get their system out of my house and refused and that was even when I encountered different problems. I wish they go bankrupt because of all the deceptive answers and lies.

Nuvia Water is using deceitful marketing strategies. They send a post card that looks like it's from USPS notifying you of a final notice on a pending parcel, and no where on the card does it mention the company name. When you call they ask for the parcel ID number to connect it to your personal contact info and note that you fell for the marketing scam. It's annoying and deceitful and a sign of a company with poor integrity.
