  In a meeting with the owner, *******, we discussed a significant problem concerning the services provided for our wedding, specifically in the area of floral arrangements. During this meeting, we outlined the nature of our grievances, which included the following:1. Non-compliance with our original request: Sacred Romance Floral Design LLC failed to deliver the services we had initially agreed upon.2. Unauthorized additions: Inexplicably, our order was altered to include floral arrangements that were never part of our original agreement.******* acknowledged these issues during our discussion and indicated a willingness to rectify the situation by offering a partial refund. In our follow-up email correspondence, I conveyed our belief that a reasonable refund amount would be $2,300, a figure we deemed equitable given the fact that our total expenditure amounted to over $8,000. On which ******* agreed to pay.Despite her initial commitment to resolve the matter, ******* encountered various issues when it came to fulfilling her promise:1. She mentioned her intention to consult her accountant but failed to take any tangible action to initiate the refund.2. Citing financial constraints, she repeatedly deferred the refund process, leaving us with no resolution.3. Her claims about reaching Zelle transfer limits impeded the refund process, causing further delays and frustration.Furthermore, *******'s communication became sporadic, and she became increasingly unresponsive to our emails, phone calls, and text messages. This lack of transparency and accountability only exacerbated our concerns and dissatisfaction with the situation.We are left feeling wronged and deceived by Sacred Romance Floral Design LLC in this matter, and our efforts to reach a fair resolution have proven unproductive. Consequently, we are seeking the intervention of the *************** to facilitate a just and timely resolution to this dispute.Sincerely, ***************************
